You rose from your seat once the bell rang. The day felt longer than usual, but not hectic or anything, just boring.

You packed your pencil pouch and your few notebooks and text books. Once you finished you threw your bag over your shoulder. By the time you'd finished talking to the teacher and saying goodbye to a few students, everyone was gone.

It was gloomy outside today and it rubbed off onto the students. Everyone was tired and restless. You personally liked the rainy weather. It was so calming and peaceful to you. Yeah, maybe after a day of rain it can be annoying to try and avoid puddles, but when it rained it felt like the world understood you. Like it was crying for you so you wouldn't have to. Besides, when you have too much shine it's good to have a bit of rain.

You made your way down the large staircase. You were a bit out of breath once you were on the first floor, but you'd hate to admit it.

You made your way out, walking down the school halls that were cleared of any students. The school felt a lot different when everyone was gone. You had stayed late at the school a few times helping Recovery Girl with a few things in the nurse's office.

You stood under the outside roof and held your hand out to where it wasn't covered anymore to see if it was raining any harder than before.

You smiled to yourself, knowing you wouldn't need to carry your umbrella while walking back home.
