My time in love with Ieyasu Tokugawa

Meeting Ieyasu for the first time.

I arrived at Honno-Ji at a crucial time during the Oda dynasty. I'd read about it in the history books at Uni. I was still trying to get my head around how I got there but I think I might just accept the fact and get over it.

I had accepted my role as a maid and had begun work right away. Lord Nobunaga was watching me at all times, keeping track of my every move.

I tried to keep a level head what with his constant nagging. That's when Ieyasu stepped in. "Nobunaga. Leave the girl alone... She's only just arrived, you can't bombard her like this." Ieyasu stood behind me, his protective aura lingering in the air.

"Do you require my assistance Lord Ieyasu? I am happy to be of assistance if you so wish." I mumbled, acknowledging his efforts to ensure that I was safe. "Yes." Was all he said.
