Remember your parents traits? Let's recap!
Mom's traits: Fierce, Stubborn, Grumpy, Kind-hearted
Dad's traits: Even-tempered, brave, calm, trusting(in a bad way)
So now we mix and match! Lets just randomly scramble these traits for four kits:
Kit one: protective, brave, trusting(in a bad way) and soft
Kit two: Grumpy, Fierce, Stubborn, Kind-hearted
Kit three: Even-tempered, brave, calm, trusting(in a bad way)
Kit four: weird, loner, permanently angry
So why is kit four so different?
I recently read a book about personality traits and how they are passed down. There is no DNA string for personality. Your personality is based on how your parents treat you. Read the book 'Not In Your Genes' by Oliver James for more information on how this works. Now, back onto kit four. Let's say kit four was always overlooked and never praised enough. This made her(lets just say its a girl) weird because she tried so hard to get attention, a loner because she didn't really know how to make friends and angry because her siblings we're more loved than her. So your cat doesn't have to be a mirror image of one parent, or a mix of both. It can have it's own unique personality! Create a personality for each kit and continue the RP out loud(or in your head).
