Chapter 33

"Do I really have to wear this?"

"Yep!" sabi ko sabay ngumiti sa kanya. I brought out my phone and opened the camera.

Blake rolled his eyes but wore the demon headband anyway. I chuckled. We're at the park now and even the park is going to officially open an hour after, marami nang mga taong pumapasok. The grand opening will be held at the big fountain located at the center of the park. The park let us through and there are so many stalls already opened for business.

I made sure that my halo headband is okay and I held the phone with my right hand.

"Ngiti ka, Blake!" natatawa kong sabi nang nakita ko siyang nakasimangot pa rin sa camera.

"Pasalamat ka mahal kita." he murmured but I still heard him. I kissed his cheek.

He shook his head and smiled at me. We faced the camera and took some selfies. First selfie is us just smiling while his right hand is wrapping around my shoulder. Second selfie is when he kissed my cheek and I just gave a big smile. Third selfie is a candid one. We were laughing while we're facing each other. The last selfies are the ones that we did some wacky faces.

"Can you AirDrop those pics, please?" sabi niya habang nakikita ko siyang hinuhubad ang headband.

"Only if you wear that headband back." pabiro akong umirap sa kanya.

Agad namang sinuot ni Blake ang headband and then, he pouted. Ewan ko sa kanya ba't ayaw niya talaga sa headband na binili namin. Ang cute kaya sa kanya.

As promised, I sent the pics to him. I also uploaded it on my IG kasi napansin kong wala pa pala akong pinopost sa IG. Naka private naman din yung profile ko at tanging mga kaibigan ko at kaibigan din ni Blake ang makakita sa post. Ayoko lang kasing makita sa ibang tao yung pictures para less sakit sa ulo. Andami pa namang fangirls itong isang 'to baka mamaya kakalbuhin ako pagbalik ko na naman sa eskwelahan.

As we're strolling around, we decided to go and play some games.

We stopped on a stall with a shooting game. This reminds me of the time of my 18th  birthday when Blake effortlessly won the teddy bear prize, Blaky.

"Let me try," I said and Blake looked at me and smirked.

"Make me proud." he grinned and paid the man behind the stall.

As the man started preparing some things for the game, I decided to ask what prize he wants.

"Ano'ng gusto mong papanalunin ko?" tanong ko at nakita ko siyang tumingin sa lugar kung saan dinidisplay ang mga prize. It took him a few seconds to decide and when he did, he glanced at me.

"That one." he pointed on a black bracelet. I observed. It's a really simple black leather  bracelet. There's no clasp that allows you to unhook the bracelet. I'm not sure if it's leather but I'm pretty sure it looks like one. It really fits to his taste.

Tumango ako, "Alright. Wish me luck."

He gave me a quick kiss on the cheek. At this point, I should be slapping him for kissing me all of a sudden, but I guess I'm used to it. Blake seems to be more affectionate day by day but I'm not complaining.

Heart beating so fast, my determination of winning that bracelet is high. Kahit naririnig ko ang tibok ng puso ko, kinuha ko yung laruang baril na nakapwesto na sa harap ko. I looked and  there are two moving targets that I should shoot. The man instructed that whenever a bell rings, I get the chance to aim the target within three seconds while moving.

"You got this!" I heard him cheer behind me. I chuckled.

I let out a breath as I positioned myself. Sa totoo lang, hindi ko alam kung paano humawak ng baril pero nang dahil sa hilig kong manood ng mga action movies, ginagaya ko nalang ang natutunan ko. Bahala na.
