Your POV

*You were currently walking with Cocoa crossing the electric sign that welcomes you to The Furnace. You provided the constant cold temperature for Cocoa's comfort with your heat absorbing magic powers

*You looked to your left to see Cocoa walking nervously

"Hey Cocoa"you said calmly
*Cocoa looks at you

"What is there to do in The Furnace?"You asked when all there is to watch was lava
"Be sad"Cocoa wrote looking sad
"Why?"You asked
"It's hot"Cocoa wrote

"It's not hot now right?"you smiled

*Cocoa pauses for a moment then she stood to think for a moment

"First we need to head to the Sentry post.Talk more when we get there"Cocoa wrote
"Ok boss"you happily responded

"Stop calling me that"Cocoa wrote looking shy
"Heh.Its just a little nickname"you smiled to yourself

*You both continued forward until you arrived at the Sentry post that was located near the electric sign that you both passed earlier.On the opposite end of the Sentry Post was a steel bridge which was hanging high above flowing hot lava

*Cocoa sits on a chair in the post and you stood on the other side.You both looked at each other.Cocoa blushes then she started to write on her notepad

"I don't usually go here.When I do, I visit the Lab.But I don't want dad to give you trouble"Cocoa wrote

"Well I don't want you to feel any kind of discomfort in this hot environment.You can always defend me if your dad tries to turn me into a cyborg"you suggested

"He won't stop trying.We'll stay here where it's safe"Cocoa wrote

("Safe" for me is more like it)

*You turn your back on Cocoa to take in the lava scenery

*You feel your soul taking in too much natural heat energy and you feel a slight stinging pain in your soul

*You went to stand on Cocoa's left.Cocoa looks at you then she looks around for a moment then she writes

"We can take turns sitting down"Cocoa wrote
"I'm fine.I can sit on the post's counter or something"you said

*Cocoa shifts down to her right to give enough equal space for you to sit down.You smiled but you sat on the post's counter

"I appreciate it.But if you tried to write you'll be having a hard time when I'm next to you"you said

*Cocoa looks down to sit back where she was then she looks at you

"Want to do something fun?"You asked looking at Cocoa with hidden intent
"Like a game?"Cocoa looks slightly curious
*You smiled
"Exactly.Just trust me when you see it"you said

*Cocoa looks confused then you created flames that quickly shaped into chess board that had a set of red and blue flaming chess pieces

"Do you know how to play chess?"You asked
