The Love of a Royal

Chapter 1 • A Simple Misson

Asta wakes up in his bed, the same old bed he's always had since he came into the Black bulls, it's already been a month since he's been accepted into the knights, he's made lots of friends on the way, but one girl stuck out to him, a royal named Mimosa Vermillion, a woman who was apart of the best squad in the Clover Kingdom, the Golden Dawn, and a woman he saw as perfection

Asta always thought about her perfect body, her beautiful smile, how caring she was to him, how many times she's helped him and saved him from certain death and more

As much as Asta wants them to be together, he knows they can't.... i mean it's a royal and a peasant? That's unheard of in the Clover Kingdom, everyone who's done is is punished gravely, as much as he wanted to be with her, love with a royal seems impossible for him; and even if it wasn't the case, who would like Asta? He's short and annoying, no magic, a peasant and more, it just seems like a dream

Asta got outta bed and headed towards the showers, getting himself ready for another day of being a magic knight, a protector of the kingdom from the evil of this world

Asta says hi to all of his friends from his squad, sitting down to eat next to his friend Magna

"Hey Rasta! We have a mission today, you ready?" Magna says as he pats Asta on the back, Asta smiling

"Yes Magna Senpai! What are we gonna do?" Asta asks as Magna smiles

"A new dungeon has been discovered, we're going to be going with the Golden Dawn" Magna says as Asta ears perk up

"The Golden Dawn? Do you know who they're taking?" Asta asks as Magna thinks about it

"I believe they're sending the mage with the glasses, your brother and the royal" Magna says as he thinks to himself, Asta smiling brightly

"Okay!" Asta says as he nods, finishing his food as he's now excited, a chance to go with Mimosa? This is crazy!

While Asta goes outside to workout and train, we flash over to the Golden Dawn base, a young and beautiful golden hair colored girl sits in her room, reading a book in a night gown

"This is quite a good book" She says to herself as she reads about a knight in shining armor, saving a damsel in distress, a old but classic tale of a hero coming to the rescue and then living happily ever after

"Thinking about that strong hero, it almost makes me think of.... him" Mimosa says as she starts to daydream to herself once again about the boy she oh so desires, Asta

Mimosa loves everything about Asta, she loves his short but loud personality, thinking it's cute, she loves his muscles, his laugh, his willingness to go beyond his limits, even with no magic and more

"Oh Asta" Mimosa says to herself as she smiles at the thought of the boy, they've only gone on a couple of missions, but they seem to get along fairly well

"Mimosa are you awake?" A man says as Mimosa rises up to open the door, opening it to see Klaus

"Yes Klaus?" Mimosa asks as Klaus moves his glasses up

"We have a mission today, a new dungeon has been discovered and Captain Vengeance has decided to have me, you and Yuno go to the dungeon, i aslo believe the Black Bulls will be going too" Klaus says as Mimosas heart jumps up

"D-Do you know who will be going?" Mimosa asks as Klaus thinks about it

"I believe the Wizard King himself requested that Asta goes, along with that purple haired punk and that yellowed hair manic" Klaus says as Mimosa smiles brightly

"I can't wait to see Asta! He's my best friend!" Klaus says enthusiastically as Mimosa isn't the only one who's happy to see Asta

Mimosa goes back to her room to get ready for the misson, waiting to see Asta once again
