Riley's pov

I woke and heard my phone going off . I groaned and grabbed my phone and checked my messages.

I saw it was jace blowing me up . Jace was the one that found out matteo was actually in the mafia . Thanks bro!

I texted him to leave me alone that it's too early for this .

I got out of bed and went downstairs and saw matteo kissing tatiana .

It's too early for this ... i went back up to my room and took a shower and put on some white shorts and a sports bra and a blue hoodie.
I left my hair down and went back downstairs to the kitchen where i saw ava watching friends while eating a bagel.

"Ava baby"

"How you doing" she smirked and i chuckled.

"I love you" she held up her pinky. She's literally the cutest.

"I love you too" we enterlocked our pinkys and i smiled.

I really don't wanna leave this girl but it's for the best. I can't believei got so attached so quickly but im definately going to miss her.

"Go get ready we're going to buy a puppy"

"Yay" she yelled and ran off.

I went into the kitchen and grabbed a bag of crisps where matteo was sitting with a laptop in front of him and his hair is a complete mess. Probably because of Tatiana so gross!

"Morning orestto"

He raised his brow .

"I wanted to talk to you"

"About?" He got up ane stepped closer to me .

"Im quitting" he then move his hands onto my waist and gently pulled me towards him until our face were inches apart.

"What?"

He gripped my hips so tight that it started to hurt. Well that's going to bruise.

"My flight is tomorrow"

"Ava needs you"

"I got really close with that little girl but this lifestyle is just not for me"

"The only thing you need to do is look after ava fuck the lifestyle"

"You litteraly choked me"

"I didn't mean to hurt you riley i just have a bad temper"

"Im still leaving you have tatiana to look after ava"

I pushed out of his grip and walked out .

"Riley c'mon I'll pay extra!" He yelled after me.

I stopped and looked at him.

"It's not about the money"

"Im begging you i need help" you need therapy babes.

I sighed .

"No" i went up to my room and packed my clothes.

My door bursted open and i saw a enraged matteo.

"What? Gonna hit me again?"

He stalked over to me and threw me on the bed.

"What the hell are you doing?!"

He leaned down and kissed me .

"Matteo stop" i tried pushing him off me .

He continued to kiss me and he moved down to my neck.

"Get off me" i cried out and he stopped and looked me in the eyes.
