Techno didn't fail to ruin your day.

He shows up when you least expect him to be, and teases you, and follows you, and simply toys you.
He might not touch you or anything but he always makes sure that his words will sunk onto your brain, to your heart

Its making you uneasy, annoyed, and troubled.
Sometimes you laugh, sometimes you were irritated. Days became a week and you were always asking your sister and parents about your departure. They always say that its not settled yet. You're starting to get curious and curiouser yet you don't want to question them

Reading a book at the library you enjoyed your peaceful moments, of course with a bit of Techno watching you silently as you read. You noticed something strange about him but you didn't really gave it a thought
You turned the page and tried to focus reading when you noticed Techno just kept on staring at you and not saying anything. You were actually expecting him to tease you, but now he's incredibly quiet

As time goes by you just felt something is not right. Closing the book you cleared your throat and asked him
"What now?"

The prince didn't spoke, his eyes still glued to yours. His lips curved into a soft smiled
"I'm just admiring you..."

You rolled your eyes. You were annoyed. Not because of his words, but because of the feeling in your stomach that you can't explain. Maybe constipated?
"Stop joking around your highne-"

"How many times do I have to tell you to call me Techno?"

"And how many times do I have to tell you that I'm uncomfortable when you're around?" Techno sat up, his smile faded. You noticed this of course, removing your eye glasses you stared back at him
"What do you want with me? Are you doing this to punish me for what I did that night? How am I going to-"

"Can't I just do this just because I wanted to get closer to you?"

"Why? Why do you want to get closer to me? Do you want to sleep with me again? Is that the reason?"

Techno's eyes gaze became dark, you never really seen him angry but this time? You might've hit it. He suddenly stood up and pulled your hand. He dragged you all the way out of the library into his room. Pushing you inside he kissed you harshly and pinned you onto the door.

Forcefully pushing him you glared at him
"What's wrong with you?!"

"What? didn't I want to sleep with you? Come on lets do it!"

"You're a fucking jerk!" You were about to leave his room when he slammed his hand onto the door, stopping you from leaving

"Y/n.." He spoke, his voice calmed down a bit
"I'm sorry.. I just-" Laying his head onto your shoulder he let out a sigh
"What am I even doing?" he whispered

You stood still. Puzzled, to why your heart is beating so fast. You always had this feeling whenever you're with Techno. You didn't understand..
"I just wanted to know you more.. But you're always running away from me. Its so frustrating.." You were about to answer back when- you felt your shoulder getting heavier, you turned to him and his eyes were shut

"Your- Techno?" You reached for his cheeks and noticed something else

He's hot

He's burning hot

"Techno?" The prince suddenly fell on you,
"No-" Lifting him with all of your strength you successfully placed him on his bed, checking his temperature once again, he really has a fever. No wonder he seems off

You quickly searched through the prince's room for something- yet you didn't found anything-

"Ugh...." You heard him groan making you rush back to him
"Your highness? do you need something?" Techno didn't replied

You quickly rushed out of his room and looked for help

"He has a flu" The royal physician said as he finished checking on Techno
"The prince might've overworked his body that's why he got the flu. No worries, just a good amount of rest will let him heal"

The king together with the princes nodded as they watch Techno sleep
"Thank you. You may leave now"-Philza

As soon as the doctor leave Tommy immediately sat beside Techno
"This is strange dad.. Techno never gets sick"

"He might've been tired after all the work I've asked him"-Philza

Wilbur tapped his father's shoulder and left. As soon as he exited Techno's room he spotted you. Quickly rushing up to him you asked-
"How is he?"

Wilbur smiled
"He'll be fine. He just got the flu- he might've been overworking.. the physician said he'll be fine with a good rest"

'He's working yet he still had the time to spare just to ruin my day?' You thought to yourself.
Before Wilbur leaves you asked him one more question

"Can I--"

The sunshine lights up the room, making Techno woke up from his sleep. He didn't remember sleeping yet he's in his bed.
Stretching his arms he sat up, and noticed a damp towel fell from his head. Looking on the side there were a bowl filled with water, a glass of drinking water and some pills.

His head is still a bit in pain yet he feels much better than yesterday. He shifted his eyes onto the door when it suddenly opened, revealing Tommy with a tray of food in his hands and Wilbur following him
"Good morning"-Wilbur

"Are you feeling better now?" Tommy placed down the food in front of Techno and checked his temperature
"Your fever went down"

"I had a fever?"-Techno

"Yes dickhead- You literally collapsed"-Tommy

Techno sneered
"That is so uncool..I would never"

Tommy and Wilbur chuckled
"why don't you ask Y/n? she dragged your ass all the way to your bed you know"

Techno snapped back onto his senses when he heard your name
"Wait? Y/n?"

"Yeah bro. She called us for help when you collapsed. She's worried you know"-Wilbur

Techno leaned back onto his bedframe and looked away
"She doesn't even like to be near me- there's no way.."

Wilbur and Tommy looked at each other before looking back at Techno
"Techno..."-Wilbur

"What?"

"She literally stayed with you all night and took care of you"

"HEH?"
