Earlier that night...

"Are you ready for tonight?" Sarah asked you while combing your hair. You raised your eyebrow and looke at your sister from the mirror

"Ready for what? Its just another ball.." 

"Anything can happen you know" Sarah puts down the brush as you turn and gave her a look, a confused look

"Like what?"

"Ugh why do you keep on asking questions?"

"You're the one who asked first!" You argued back. Before things get more heated Sarah shushed you with her index finger as she grab a box that was on the wardrobe

It was a wooden box. Sarah placed it down onto your bed and pulled out a night gown along with a very sparkly mask. It was a white mask with rose pink diamonds alongside it.

"Wow! Sarah this is so pretty!" The dress was gorgeous but you're more focused on the mask
"Did mom and dad chose this for me..." you smiled

Sarah smiled back and didn't answered. She looked at the clock and acted she was in a rush
"Shit! I need to ride back to Antartic Empire. I'll see you tonight okay?" Sarah hugged you

"Careful on your way back"

"Careful on your trip later sis"

Sarah grabbed her purse and opened the door revealing Dream at your doorstep
"Take care of my sister or Techno will kill you" Sarah whispered and smiled as she leaves.

Dream chuckled and entered your room

You looked up to Dream and noticed that he's a bit- stressed. You heard something happened the other day yet you didn't able to ask Dream as he was busy with something

Dream sat down by the fireplace in your room and exhaled
"Y/n.." he started

"Yes?"

He looked at you and away. He let out a sigh
"Nevermind"

You kept the dress and the mask inside the box and closed it before walking towards Dream.
"Are you- alright?"

Dream let out a deep breath and nodded
"Yeah I'm good." He looked up to you and smiled
"Techno's lucky huh"

"What?"

"You love him. And he- how does it feel? To love?"

You sat beside Dream and stared at the fire
"I actually don't know. Techno's kind of my first love. I started to feel stuff that I haven't experienced before and- its nice but also painful at the same time"

"Painful?" -Dream

"Hmm yes. It hurts that I love him- because I don't know if he feels the same" you smiled while trying to hold back your tears

Dream stared at you and he felt somewhat jealous of Techno.
Since he never experienced that kind of love too, yet.

The two of you talked a bit more before a knock was heard from the door. A guard opened the door
"Your highness! We've found her!" Dream immediately stood up

"Y/n I gotta go okay? I'll see you later before we hit the road kay?"

You nodded as Dream rushed out of your room.

Just as Dream closes your door- the window opened- wind came into your room and even putting the fire out from the fireplace. You shifted your head to the window and saw the woman who captured you inside the cave

"Hello princess" she greeted you

You walked back from her and was about to run when she spoke

"I'm not here to fight. I'm here to ask you for a favor"
You looked back and saw the woman removed her mask and dropped all of her weapons onto the floor
She looked at you with all seriousness on her face
"Lets talk"

She walked over to the fireplace as she light her cigarette and threw the lighter onto the fireplace.

"What do you want now?" You asked

"You. I need your help"
You tilted your head and sat in front of her

"What kind of help?"

"A help to bring down my father. Morgan Crimson" your eyes widen. Morgan Crimson
He was your family's enemy. He used to be a trader like your father- but since your father became more successful- Morgan became a thief, in order to be better and richer than your family. However through his process- he's also known for killing nobels and stealing all of their fortune

"You're- Morgan's daughter?" You asked

The woman looked up at you and let out smoke from her mouth
"I am."

"If you are then... why do you want to bring him down? Aren't you suppose to-"

"Follow his orders? Be his slave? Yea I'm already all that. I even sacrificed everything I wanted and someone I love just for him. But not anymore" she threw her cigarette into the fire and looked back at you
"He's trying to attack Antartic Empire tonight and kill the Watsons and your family"

"What?"

"Then he's planning to use a spell on you" the woman stood up and walked in front of you
"I have a plan. But I need you to trust me first in order to succeed"

"What spell- what plan- how do I know if i should trust you?"

The woman let out a sigh

"I know its hard to believe or trust me but please- I- I don't want him to die" her voice became shakey and weak, unlike before
"I wanted to save them- I wanted to.."

You looked away and started to think. She's the one who told you about the deal and it was true- but is this enough for you to trust her

"Y/n there's no time. I can do this without you but- it will be so much easier if you could help me- besides if you don't work with me- my father's henchman will capture you any moment now."

You looked in her eye and took a deep breath

"I-"
