I am not okay.

there is this urge to scream.
But I don't want to be heard screaming.

I want people to hear me,
Even though I am not saying anything.

I want people to notice,
but I don't want to show them,

I want people to help me without asking,
But no one does unless I ask them.

I don't want to be a mess,
yet I am.

I want to be alone,
but just simply can't be left alone.

When will I be okay?
