Class 1-B was walking though the forest to get to the training grounds. Vald king (their teacher) was explaining how quirks can get better the harder they train them.
"To get better you will have to break yourself's!" Vald king said as they reached the training ground.
When they got to the training grounds they saw that class 1-A was already there training.

Fang- he is trying to make different shapes and animals for different types of attacks
"Shadow lion!"

Yaya- she is trying to expand the place she can lessen of greater gravity

She lift up a few big borders.
Gopal- he is turning the things he make back to its original form and also trying to make different objects.

Ying- running and trying to slow down time for a longer period of time
"Super sonic speed!"
"Slow mode"
SHe made a iida slower.
Boboiboy- switching between his elements as fast as he could and maybe able to use two of more elements at the same time (they don't know he has elements fusion or elements split)
"Boboiboy blaze!"
He use blaze power to make a fire ring around him.
"Boboiboy ice!"
He use ice power to make a bigger ring around the fire ring.
"Boboiboy cyclone!"
He made a wind ring around him
"Boboiboy thunderstorm!"
He made lightning around him
"Boboiboy earthquake!"
He Made some earth pillars around him
"Boboiboy light!" (They don't know about solar yet)
He Shot some light laser around him

"Oh remember we are not cooking for you anymore so you will have to cook for yourself! And what is better to get started than with curry!? " Pixies-Bob said

After that they all went to work. Fire and todoroki helped with lighting the fires, Bakugo also help but he didn't do it right. (Blaze did not help because boboiboy is scared that he will burn the place down) than suddenly boboiboy yelled
