The door swings open. Y/n stands there and her eyes widen.

"Oh shit the schedule!" She said. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that. Don't tell anybody." she said as she pointed her finger at me for a second.

"Don't worry, your words are safe with me." I said and I see that it relieves her which also relieves me.

"The schedule, right" she said thinking about it.. "It should be somewhere in my room." She walked into her room leaving me alone in the doorway. "You can come in if you want!" She called after me.

I step into her room and look around. I look to the right and see her poking around in drawers and cabinets. "Oh, here it is." she said surprisingly.

She takes a piece of paper from a pile of books. She turns to me and walks towards me. She hands me the paper.

"Thank you." I said as I scanned the paper with my eyes.

"Tomorrow I'm going to meet up with a friend and then Thursday I thought we were going to LA. And on Saturday I can finely surf, which I am so excited about." She sounds like an enthusiastic girl, I like that.

"I see, yeah" I said laughing. She gives me a warming smile. "Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow at..." I look at the schedule. "9 AM." I walk to the door and we both say goodbye to each other before I walk out the door. I fold the paper and put it in my pocket en walk away with a smile. The best part of my life is about to begin.

It's 9 AM when y/n walks into the living room. On the way she meets Tom and they continue walking together.

Before they reach the door she said: "Don't worry too much about Amy, she can say a lot of nonsense." She winks to Tom as Tom chuckles before opening the door.

Amy stands behind the couch and starts smiling when y/n enters the room following by Tom.

"Y/n! Girl I haven't seen you in so long!" She said enthusiastically as she runs up to her and gives her a hug. Y/n starts laughing.

"You too, I have a lot to tell you!" She pulls of the hug. Amy looks behind y/n and back at her. She gave her the eyes, won't you tell me something? Y/n looks surprised. Amy looks again behind y/n. Then y/n realizes she had to turn around. Tom stands behind y/n looking for something that could be dangerous.

"Oh, Amy, this is Tom." Said y/n and Tom looks up because he heard his name in the conversation. "This is my bo-"

"Boyfriend" interrupted Amy. "Nice to meet you." She held out her hand.

"No Amy," She clears her throat. "This is my bodyguard..." y/n said.

Tom shakes Amy's hand. "Same thing." said Amy.

"No, it- it's not Amy. I- I don't know where t-that came from." Said y/n faltering over her words of the awkwardness in the room.

"Agent Holland, nice to meet you." said Tom nicely. He puts his hand back together.

"Holland," she punches y/n a little on the side of her arm. "like the county." She finished the sentence with all the confident in the world.

"yeah, we're done, with this conversation, okay?" She pulls her away from the door and Tom on their way to the couch. "We're going to have a very serious girl talk about this."

Y O U R P O V

It's Saturday and I look out the window of my car and see the beautiful beach. The sun is right on the water making it sparkle. I can already hear the rustling of the water in the car. The car stops. Tom who was sitting in the passenger seat gets out. The driver still sits. I hear the door open and see Tom neatly holding the door open. I get out and a wave of heat landed on my skin. The wind blows through my hair and I look out to sea. I take a deep breath and smell already the salt water.
The beach is empty, there is literally no one there. Except the cars that drove in front of and behind my car (as protection). Oh, and the security at the end of the beach. I can hardly see them because it's a long beach, but I know they are there.

"Y/n arrived at the beach. Time of arrival 1:02 PM." Tom said in his ear pice to the secret services. I still don't understand why they do that. Why do they need to know where I am at what time? Weird. Anyway, I walk from the car to a beach hut where all the surfing gear is. Tom follows me, of course.

"Knock, knock, guess who's here?" I said hoping someone answers me.

And yes. "Y/n, finely!" Said a familiar voice as I walked into the wooden house. Kai stumbles in behind a wall. Kai is already old. And he's the most nicest person I've ever met. I've known him from a young age.

"I haven't seen you in so long! You're boring manager told me you were coming." He said.

He continues walking with a walking stick for support.

"Is everything okay here?" I add.

"Everything is going so smoothly." he answered. "Well, you know where all the stuff is. Is that detective going to surf too?"

I turned around and saw Tom looking around the room and then at me. Probably checking to see if a bomb is hidden here.

"Did you find any clues?" He asked. Tom looked up.

"No, Kai this Tom. He's my bodyguard." I said with a smile.

"Another one?" I said grumpily in a sweet way. I chuckle. "What do you say kid. You're in better shape than the other one. We can try and make it work." He said.

"Sound fun!" I added.

"No sir, thank you but I have to do my job." said tom professionally with a smirk on his face.

"Oh, is it one of those." Kai said as a joke.

"Don't worry too much about what he says." I said to Tom. He chuckles. "Have you ever surfed before?" I then asked.

"No never." he answered me.

"I can teach you. I have been doing it for years." I asked with a smile. I said that as an excuse because I really wanted to get to know him.

"I don't think this is a good idea." he doubted.

"You can't protect me from land when I'm at sea." I gave him a wink.

"That is a good point!" Said Kai out of nowhere. "Just do it, it's going to be fun!"

From a closet I take 2 surf suits and throw one at Tom.

"I'm going to regret this." said Tom with a sigh.

-

"Okay, see those 3 lines on the surfboard?" I said as my finger points to the surfboard. There are 2 surfboards in the sand; one for me and one for Tom. We've already got the surf suits on and I have to tell you, Tom looks good in it. Tom nods.

"You're going to place your hands on the midline and then you're going to be in a kind of plank position. Just like this. Good, now you see that your head is for the first line. If you go down, you can see the line."

"Yes I see it." he answered me.

"Okay, now you're going to paddle with your hands like a, say, turtle."

"A turtle?"

"Yes, a turtle." He smiles too me. I do it and he imitates me. "Now put your hands back at the middle line and pull your chest up, like a yoga position. Then you make a kind of jump that your left foot comes on the last line and your right on the middle one. You can use your hands as balance." I sit down and watch how he does it. He asks a few times if he's doing it right and I have to say that he quickly mastered it. Then it was already time to get into the water.

"Wait already?" said Tom surprised.

"Yes, it is better to learn in the sea than on the beach." I hold my surfboard under my arm and I see that Tom still doubts. "Don't worry Tom, believe in yourself and you can do almost everything." With a smile I turn around to the sea.
