1 week later

I've been searching around for a gift and something else for Betty's and I five month anniversary (it's their five month anniversary now because they did get together a week after finding out about the baby) I finally find the perfect gifts, well Toni did because I couldn't leave her home by herself for so long after what happened the last time, so when she's asleep I would call Toni on FaceTime and discuss what to get until we find something we both can agree that Betty would like, and we finally found it, so I had Toni bring it over and decided to bring Betty to dinner tonight and then we'll leave 1:00 am to go to La on a extravaganza date to Ariana Grande and Olivia Rodrigo concert together, they are her favorite singers and she wants to go, but I told her the tickets were sold out, and I may have a little something planned with them, but what she doesn't know won't hurt her (btw he already packed theirs suitcases and left them in the closet for it didn't look suspicious) (I'd literally die if that was to happen, like brooo... I can't stress it enough😩😭)

That night:

J- babe come on, we'll be late
B- I'm coming, let me put on my shoes
J- I'll help you
B- np, don't need it, I'm finished *walks out the room*
J- your refusing my help now, I want to know what you'll do when your around 8 months pregnant
B- shush, let's no talk about it
J- *chuckles* ready to go m'lady
B- yes kind sir *join their hands*

We drove to the restaurant, Betty gasping as she sees it, it was the juicy crab, she loves seafood especially now that she's pregnant.

B- I love you even more right now *kisses him*
J- *laughs* well I'm glad. Ready to go in?
B- yup, yep, yuppie!!!
J- I'm glad your excited
B- mhmm hmm, now let's go

We exit the car going into the restaurant and sitting down waiting for the waitress, Betty not even bothered to look at the menu

W(waitress)- heyyy, what can I get for you two?
B- I'll have a-
J- a large spicy for your special and I'll have popcorn shrimp and onion rings
W- ok, and what's the drinks?
J- can pregnant people drink the Shirley temple?
W- yes she can actually, we just won't use alcohol and use Ginger Ale or Sprite mixed with grenadine to make a classic Shirley Temple. Pour over ice cubes and garnish with a few maraschino cherries. Would you like that?
B- yup, can you use sprite instead of ginger ale
W- of course, and what are you getting
J- I'll have the same
W- ok, the food and drinks will be here shortly
B/J- ok

We sat and talked until our the server came and bring over our food

S- is that all?
J- yup, thank you
S- no problem, I hope you guys enjoy it
B- oh, we definitely will *she said already popping a shrimp in her mouth*

The waiter and I just watched eachother shaking our head and laughing, the. I just shrugged my shoulders

B- what?! I'm pregnant and hungry
J- Yhp, she's pregnant and hungry
S- *laughs* imma leave you guys to eat now. Bye
B/J- bye

We ate, well more lik I ate because Betty devoured her food, when she was finished with hers she grabbed one of my shrimp and onion rings, I just watched her wide eyed and she just brushed me off smiling

B- what?! I'm eating for two
J- and all of that didn't full you?
B- no it didn't, Gabriel is our baby and he has your appetite
J- Yh, no shit

We just laughed and talked enjoying our time together, we finally finished eat and begun to pack up

J- Betty
B- mhmm
J- I have something for you, close your eyes
B- *closes her eyes and puts out her hand* I have something for you too, it's in the car
J- you didn't have to get me anything babe
B- neither did you
J- but I wanted too
B- and so did I
J- Yhp, we are doing this *chuckles and puts the necklace in her hand* you can open them now
