Chapter 8.

Me and Roman got out the car and walked towards the front so we can meet up with everyone else.

"Okay so how we gone do this, we all gone walk together or are we gone split up." Seth asked

"We can split up and all meet at the food court at 5:30" Trin says

"Ight so me and Trin together, Sasha and Lana, Seth and Becky, Jey and Dean, and Roman and Sasha." Jimmy says "y'all cool with that" he continues

We all nod our heads and went our separate ways

"Where you wanna head  to first" Roman asks "Let's go into Foot Locker" I say

He nods and follow me into the store

"I'm going to go look over there in the men's section" he tells me "okay, I'll be over here" I tell him as he nods his head

10 minutes in to me looking at shoes this dude walks up to me "wassup I'm Raylon" he says holding out his hand for me to shake "I'm Nesha" I tell him as I shake his hand "I just wanted to say I saw you standing over here and I thought u were really beautiful, and was wondering if I can get your number." He says nervously rubbing the back of his neck

I smile at his nervousness and as I was about to answer his question I felt arms wrap around my waist

"Wassup baby who this" I hear Roman voice ask me

"Boy what the fuck is you doing?!?" I ask him as I try to move away from him, but his grip was to strong

"This yo boyfriend?" Raylon asked

"N-" I was about to say no but was cut off

"Yes, I am her boyfriend who's also very protective of her so I advise you to keep it moving before a bullet ends up between your eyes" Roman says with a straight face

I look at him with wide eyes

Raylon chuckles and put his hands up in defense "my bad big dog (lmaooo no pun intended) I didn't know she was yours, but it was nice meeting u Nesha" he says with a smile as he walks away

Once he was gone I turned and glared at Roman and punched him in his chest

"Yo what you hit me for" he said

"Because you had no right to do what you did, he was really nice what if I wanted to be come friends with him" I tell him

"You got me as your friend and the rest of the group what more do you need" he says

I roll my eyes at his statement "you do realize y'all leave at the end of this week, so what if I wanted him to keep me company while y'all gone" I say to him

He grabbed my neck and made me look at him "I don't know why u keep fucking with me Nesha , but let me tell you something and u better listen clearly" he says "you are mines no matter what you think and if yo ass get lonely you better face time one of us or make friends with a female" he continues

I push his hand away from my throat "WHO TF do you think you are to tell me a GROWN ASS women who she can and cannot be friends with Roman. You think I give a damn about your jealousy because I don't, you and YOUR Danm feelings can kiss my ass until u man tf and make something shake. How tf you a grown ass man and scared to ask someone out" I say

"You know what let me gtf up out this store got these people looking at me like I'm crazy ion even want nothing anymore" I say as put the shoes back and walking out the store

ROMAN POV

As she walks out the store I turn to one of the workers "aye can I get these maroon Jordan 1's in a size 6 women's please" I ask

He nods his head and goes to grab them from out the back as I start thinking to my self

Neshas right I need to man tf and ask her out, but I'm not used to this shit, it's always the girls throwing themselves at me

But Nesha different she respects her self and knows how to stand up for herself that's why I think I'm attracted to her. I'm gone stop playing games with her though and really ask her out tonight before we leave cause whether she knows it or not she's already mines

NESHA POV

After I walked out the store I went and sat at a bench near the store so Roman could see me when he walks out.

Don't get me wrong I like Roman these past couple weeks we've been texting he's been a really sweet person, but if he wants to take me out he needs to hurry up before I lose interest

As I'm staring off to space I here someone walking up to me and notice it was Roman holding out a foot lockers bag to me

"These are for you I saw that you was staring at them since the minute we walked in, so I got them for you as an apology for what I did in there" he says

I smile and grab the bag from him "thank you Ro I appreciate it and I'm sorry for going off on you in there that was out of line" I tell him

"Nah I deserved it I shouldn't have done what I did" he says scratching the back of his neck

"But there is something I want to ask you that I should've been done" he says

"And that is....." I say staring at him

"Before we leave on Saturday would u do me the honor of going on a date with me Friday night" he asked

I smiled "now was that so hard, but yes Ro I would love to go on a date with you on Friday" I tell him

"Bet I'm gone text you the time I'm gone pick you up everything after that is going to be a surprise" he says

I roll my eyes "okayyyy, but let's go in to a couple more stores before we have to meet up with everyone else" I tell him

He nods his head and we continued our shopping
