olivia had been hanging out at the set for a few days. she and joshua had talked a lot about music and random things. that weight of sadness is taken off of her when she talks to him.
oliver had noticed how close the two were getting and didn't really think much of it until yesterday. it's not that he didn't want them to be together. he just didn't want her to get her heart broken again. he knows how much of a player joshua is.
but other than that, her debut album was coming out today! she was so excited! she, millie, and her manager, frankie, were going to have a party in olivia's backyard to celebrate. she decided to invite oliver's cast mates too and millie invited her friends from the stranger things cast. she also invited her do friend iris.

"iris!" millie yelled as she opened the door for her other friend to come in.
"hey mills. where's liv?" iris asks as millie closes the door after she walks in.
"in the backyard with everyone else." millie says as they walk to the back.
"hey iris!" olivia says as she sees her friend.
"hey liv!" they hug and catch up a little. olivia gets a notification on her phone from instagram and twitter.

the past 2 hours have been so amazing. olivia hasn't thought about matt once. or felt like crying. if only she felt like this all the time.
"hey." the tall curly haired boy greets olivia.
"hi josh!" olivia says hugging the boy. they pull away and iris walks up to them.
"who's this?" iris asks.
"this is josh." olivia says excitedly.
"i'm iris."
"nice to meet you."
"you too." iris smiles. "liv i have to go. i'm so so so sorry."
"it's okay iris." olivia smiles.
"i love you and congratulations!" iris says hugging olivia then running to the front door.
"uh, so drinks and food is coming soon."
"cool. i'm gonna go talk to ollie."
"alright." joshua smiles then walks over to oliver.
"hey liv." millie says as she, sadie and finn walk up to her.
"hey mills."
"he was totally checking you out." sadie says referring to joshua
"oh my god." olivia shakes her head.
"he was! i can tell he likes you." sadie says.
"we just met last week!"
"but you guys have been hanging out all week right?" millie adds.
"finn, can you tell your girlfriend to shut it?"
"she's not my-"
"yeah i know. i'm just messing with you." finn let's out a loud sigh.
"hey liv, it's 12:00!" joshua says running over to olivia excitedly. sadie squeals.
"wait really? this feels like a dream." olivia says surprised.
