She's dead?

Danielles POV*

Today me and Hope are turning 15, it's been a year since Luci told me about the soulmate thing and she has been with me ever since but no ones knows she exists because I asked her to not show herself to my family or friends yet.

I woke up knowing exactly what day it was, so I went out of bed faster than lighting and fixed myself. Hope was still asleep so I woke her up by shaking her and lets just say she wasn't happy.

"Come on Hope, get up!" I said still shaking her and she groaned and got up.

"Happy birthday Dani." She said hugging me after she stopped being a grouch.

"Happy birthday Hopey." I replied hugging her back knowing she hated that nickname.

As we were heading to our classes people came up and said Happy birthday to us.

"Happy birthday." Josie came and hugged us both.

"Happy birthday." Lizzie mumbled and gave us a half ass hug. I couldn't help but chuckle a little.

When classes had ended I went back to mine and Hopes dorm and there she was.

"Well isn't it the birthday girl." Luci said, coming my way and hugging me.

"Happy birthday luv." I couldn't help but blush.

"Thank you Luci." I said trying to cover my blush. She gave me a gift, it was a beautiful necklace and I gladly accepted it. She told me it would keep me safe.

"I will have to be gone for a few days, there's some.. trouble up in heaven that I need to attend to." She said and I could feel that she felt bad.

"It's fine Luci, really it's fine." I said trying to reassure her. We went to New Orleans a day later.

"Hope you can't be serious!" I yelled at my sister for what she had done.

"It's the only way he will come home!" She protested.

"Kidnapping our mom?!" I was disappointed.

Since my sister had kidnapped our mom, Auntie Freya had been doing multiple location spells but without success since my sister had spelled it. I knew it was wrong and I could easily siphon the spell but deep down I wanted dad to come back. We haven't seen him for over a year... And it's my fault I can't help but feel guilty.

Me, Freya and Hope were talking when Moms phone started ringing, Hope immediately took it and picked it up.

"Dad..?" Hope said and there was a few seconds of silence

"I was looking for it for your mother." Klaus said quickly

"Yeah so are we.. I don't know where she is, she's missing." Hope replied looking at me

"I'm on my way." Was all he said before the call ended. And hope gave me a "I told you" Look.

Hope's plan didn't exactly work out the way she had planned it, Dad found out about what she had done and he was furious. Mom was taken and now we truly didn't know where she was. Me and Hope were in her room trying multiple spells but none of them worked. Luci still hasn't come back and i have no idea how to get a hold of her.

Greta said if me and Hope would do the binding spell that they would let Mom go but dad stopped us and got mad at us and Auntie Freya. What bothers me is how he could have known about it. I was broken out of my thoughts from Lucis' voice.

"Hello luv, missed me?" She said smirking and that's when it clicked.

"You told my dad, but how would you even know about it?" I asked ignoring her stupid question.
