I woke up having the sunlight hit my eye lids. I groaned and stood up only knocking myself down to my bed.  I slept for a few seconds in tell someone knocked on the door,

"Weeve me aflone." I said while rolling around on my bed, never leaving the touch of my pillow.

"Rachel, someone's here to visit." I opened my eyes seeing my grandmother and Ted? I jumped out of my bed not even realizing what I was wearing which was Sofie shorts..and a green tank top. I ran up and hugged him. Who's Ted? You may be wondering? Well, he's a good friend of mine, when my father was still alive, and they used to live here in Hollow his mom and my father would have play dates with us too. I still have some pictures of us when we were little kids. He's sure has changed, instead of wearing dippers he has designer jeans and a nice white plain shirt. I smiled wide at him,

"How's it going little buddy." He shook my hair,

"Am doing Great! Now that I know your here." I said while looking into his green tropical eyes. His black hair was cut short, but his bangs were long. 

"Your Grandma told me there's a ball?" I finally realized that Grandma was standing there noticing everything, my face flushed with color.

"I'll leave you too by yourselves." She smiled and gave a quick hug to Ted and closed the door,

"What are you doing in Hollow?"

"Why? You didn't want me here." He crossed his fingers toward his heart, and pretended to look hurt.

"No, am static about you being here. I'm just wondering?" I said while hopping on my bed and patting it to show him he can sit as well. 

"Well my mom decide to come pay a visit to her father. And she said while am here, I can visit my old friend."

"Tell your mom hi." I said,

"Why don't you say it too me right now." I turned to that familiar sound I used to listen when I was a child. She didn't look a day old. Her blond hair was cut short beneath her shoulders that made her shaped of her face an oval texture. I smiled ear to ear as I hugged her,

"I missed you." I said while letting go,

"Same here kiddo. Am sorry about your father. I now it must have been hard on you."

"Thank you, but the past is the past. How much I miss him... I got to let him go, but I'll always love him forever." I said while looking at both of them.

"That's good, I knew Alex raised you right." She squeezed my arm,

"SO this ball?" Bell said while her eyes grew big,

"What about it?"

"Am going to be your hair stylist and also makeup."

"Um..What?" I said which was rude of me, but I just didn't get it.

"Mom got a diploma with....hair styling and makeup and that kind of thing."Ted said while taking off his shoes and laid on my bed.

She clapped her hands with joy, and looked me over, "We just need some of this and this to make a texture to brighten your eye's."

"My eye's?" 

"Yes, your eye's are very unique and very beautiful if I may add. I want you too be the most beautiful girl there."
