plot + summary
amelia "mel" robbins is a name known by many at creekwood high. considering shes best friends with lake meriwether and mia brooks it didnt come as a huge surprise. she attended class and hung out with lake and mia you know the usual stuff.
when a new boy comes to school the three girl are intrigued by him. they all quickly met the new boy due to the fact lake cornered him as soon as he found his locker.
amelia talked to the boy who they found out had the name of victor salazar often throughout the day. she liked to consider him a new friend that she surprisingly made. she had a pretty normal day nothing was too different except for one thing.
the one thing being that was the day amelia also met pilar salazar.
they met when amelia saw victor and mia talking to her (not that she knew that). amelia went over to say hi to victor (and mia) though she had seen them minutes ago. when ameila got up to them she still in shock for a moment from the beauty of the girl but she quickly reeled herself in and started to make conversation. though most of pilar's talking was about how much she hated the school and wanted to go back to texas amelia couldn't help but get butterflies in her stomach when pilar spoke.
