If you're able to control your anger then you won't be much of a threat on the battlefield you will only harm yourself and the other people that are trying to help you which is why you have to control yourself

Whis: good now get on the ground and cross your legs together and put your hands on your knees and close your eyes try to think nothingness only the world do you want to protect

Whis's mind: I guess he's done this before he's very good at doing it but it doesn't matter if he's good or not he has to learn how to control his anger but I do Wonder
Where does he get all of this Anger from Goku first time going Super Saiyan only had a little bit of anger well technically a lot because he saw his so-called family die in front of him
But not to the point where he can lose control of himself he could still handle himself but Broly's is a whole different level of anger

Whis: okay Broly that is enough for now now I want you to attack me without losing control at least
Broly: hum *gets in fighting stance*

Broly started dashing towards Whis When Broly got close enough he tried to go for a roundhouse kick but failed to land it Whis dodge it like it was nothing going into the air Broly and Whis stared each other down
That's when Broly started charging again this time firing a ki blast but of course Whis push it aside like it was nothing and then ducked when he felt Broly's energy charging towards him then vanished
Broly was clueless at where he had vanished then he felt something tap his back he turned his head and received a blow to the back knocking him forward a few feet
Broly then started flying towards Whis throwing all kinds of punches and kicks but nothing was seeming to work he was on a whole different level than Broly well Broly was getting frustrated
