chapter three:the demoness fights

"big sis big sis!" ayoung boy said walking over to his sister who was reading a book the sister,curious at her brothers intrusion asks "what is it?"

"can you tell me the story of that time?" he answers sheepishly "i want to tell my friends but i cant remember."

the sister rolls her eyes before placing the book down and groaning "come here" the boy eagerly took a seat on the couch and listened to his sister."back in highschool there was this girl with white hair but she didnt have a power what so ever,because of this she was bullied relentlessly." she took a deep breath before continuing "one day she had angered one of the bad boys of the school who had challenged her to a fight and she accepted. the next day that same girl came to school but accompanying her were the bad boy and twenty other people ranging from adults to kids your age."

the sister remembered that day after all her boyfriend wasnt the same after that day. "they were covered in bruises and were held by a leash like dogs,plus she just had to make movements with her hands and they obeyed without a second though.after that day nobody dared to look at the girl and she was dubbed 'the Demoness' and some sy that if you feel a shiver up your spine it means that she is fighting"

then she felt a shiver up her spine and an intolerable feeling of fear.

Athena looked down at the two combatants from her position in the trees.on one end was deffinitly one of her little sisters who was wearing some sort of hazmat suit straight out of a sci-fi film but what really triggered her was her sister's aura.

athena, through the use of her ability could see the powers of others and their characteristics as a form of aura.this ability was on passively so she couldnt stop it and it effected all of her senses so she quickly had lost the ability to recognize faces in favor of understanding auras better, this was how she remembered others.Artemis before had a bright red aura the was wavy like water and smelled like freshly made steak and tasted like a spicy pepper.all characteristics that would fit for a power like 'liquid flames'.

now? athena wanted to vomit at the mere sight of her little sister,it was like looking at someones innards,smelling someones poop laced with suage water and tasting dried up fruit.to add on she had multiple auras which rubbed against each other making that maddening screech possibly having multiple powers.

she then looked at the other guy ,who was dressed in a chinese martial arts gi, with black eyes and hair who seemed to be strong with a muscle augmentation power,limiter releaseing power and a minor regeneration power.

Athena looked through the massive amount of powers she had until found what she was looking for: an eight pointed multi color star and one of her saint grade powers:Armory.she felt armory fill her slot and she felt the armor but prevented it from enveloping her since she wanted to wait and gather intel on her opponent.

'sorry sis but knowledge is key here.' she thought forcing the big sister part of herself down and going into analysis mode,keenly watching every movement for an opening.

meanwhile with the two combatants both could tell that neither would listen others words and fighting was the only way to get what they want.they both to their fighting stances the man activating his powers causing his skin to go pitch-black and his muscles to balloon up with the girl covering herself in a black metal.
