It's been three years since that day on the base. They definitely weren't easy that much was true, but she continued to live on. As that man said that day her husband died fighting for her freedom and she wasn't going to let his sacrifice go to waste. She continued to live her life the best she could all while keeping the memories that they shared in the years they had fresh in her mind. She knew he would always be watching over her. He was a hero, her hero.
