Twenty- Three

Seungkwan's parents were present to support him during the contest, and they enthusiastically cheered for him throughout the event. After the contest ended, they all decided to go out to eat together, along with Seungkwan's family and friends. However, Sieun was noticeably absent.

Seungkwan's mom suggested, "Why don't you call Sieun, son?"

Seungkwan explained, "Mom, remember, she's SK's daughter, and you saw him as a judge earlier, didn't you?"

Seungkwan's family and friends decided to enjoy the meal together, toasting and cheering in celebration of the successful event.

SSeungkwan's phone suddenly rang during their meal.

Sieun: "Congratulations, my Kwannie! You did well. I'll see you later. Let me know when you're home, and I'll come pick you up for safety."

Seungkwan smiled, responding, "We'll meet later."

The group discussed the paparazzi and media, expressing frustration about how they invaded Sieun's privacy.

Jeongyeon remarked, "But look, Sieun is not even an actress, and yet paparazzi are making a fuss about her. That's really rude."

Vernon added, "You know, they'll do anything for fame or whatever."

Nayeon chimed in, "Privacy invaders should be prosecuted. It's pure nonsense."

Dino shared, "It's annoying; they even had Sieun last time like they didn't even think about it."

Seungkwan's mom reminded them, "We can't do much about it. That's part of Sieun's life."

Seungkwan's dad reassured them, "We'll just protect her from them, right?"

Jeongyeon agreed, "Yes, and besides, I know Sieun is a strong girl, right?"

Jeongyeon added, "As long as the most important thing is that she doesn't get hurt. And if she does, we'll be there to comfort her."

As the meal ended, everyone headed home. When they arrived at Seungkwan's house, they saw Sieun waiting in front of their home, which took Seungkwan's family by surprise.

Seungkwan's mom asked, "How long have you been waiting here?"

Sieun replied, "I just got here."

She then bowed to Seungkwan's parents, who invited her to come inside but the two of them politely said they have plans. Sieun and Seungkwan left together, getting into the car and driving towards the Han River

They sat down and played little crickets.

Sieun said, "Congratulations, my love. You nailed it today."

Seungkwan was surprised, asking, "Huh? What do you mean?"

Sieun replied, "I was there earlier to watch you."

Seungkwan expressed concern, "But you know how dangerous it could have been, right?"

Sieun reassured him, "No one saw me."

Seungkwan said, "Even so..."

Sieun apologized, "Sorry."

Seungkwan hugged her and said, "It's okay, but I was really nervous earlier."

Sieun admitted, "Me too, I was more nervous about your performance than the reporters."

Amara interjected, "But the truth is, you told Sikyung-nim about me joining the contest, right?"

Sieun confirmed, "Yes, but he said you are talented and you really deserved to win."

They laughed. Seungkwan was happy, and they cheered for Juice, ate snacks, and had a good time. Later, they lay down and watched the stars.

Sieun commented, "Star signs... Big Dipper and Little Dipper."

Seungkwan agreed, "Yeah, that one looks like a heart."

Sieun said, "The stars are beautiful."

Seungkwan asked, "What is your dream job, though?"

Sieun replied, "Me? I just want to be happy."

Seungkwan questioned, "Aren't you happy right now?"

Sieun smiled, "I am, of course. I just want to be happy with my loved ones forever."

Seungkwan said, "Then I should stay with you forever?"
