~Y/n POV~
"I'm sorry what?" I ask her, making sure she said what I think she said
"Luca likes you too...." She trails off
I stare at her for a good 2 minutes before all of my thoughts come back to me
"SINCE FUCKING WHEN?!" I yell
Before she can answer we hear some taps at the window
"Not a word!" She harshly whispers at me and I nod
We move the books and blankets, of course carefully enough so our fort doesn't fall, and see Alberto and Luca sitting at the window with confused looks plastered on their faces
"Is everything ok in here?" Luca asks us as we both smile wide and nod (think of how Luca and Alberto smiled after they almost got caught before dinner)
Alberto and Luca look at each other and then at us with the most deadpanned looks ever
"You can't fool us, we've pulled that face before too" Alberto says while crossing his arms
Me and Giulia look at each other than look back at the boys with smirks on our faces
"I mean sure we can tell you what we're talking about but it's highly disgusting and it's a girl thing" I say
"Yup, you two ever heard of a period?" She asks them and they shake their heads 'no'
~Time Skip~
The boys left us alone a minute after we started talking about what happens to us each month and, of course, me and Giulia were still laughing
"Ok ok back onto the topic we were talking about BEFORE the boys came, when did Luca tell you he liked me?" I ask her
"He told me yesterday after the whole incident, he said that once he started crying because Alberto was crying you were immediately there holding onto him as he cried, and he said he felt so safe in your arms and that that's the safest he's ever felt" she says
I sigh then groan a second later as I fall into my back and stare up at the ceiling
"He knows Alberto likes me, right?" I ask her
"Yeah but he said he may still have a chance with you but of course Luca being Luca; he doesn't want to hurt Alberto or have Alberto turn against him, but Luca doesn't wanna lose you either" she says then sighs
"I don't know what I'm going to do G!" I say as I sit up "I mean Alberto is goofy, brave, kinda stupid, and protective and I love that! But then counter to that is Luca! Luca's shy, cautious, curious and just adorable," I say "I can't pick just one! But I have the stronger bond with Alberto but from what you've said, it doesn't seem like Luca's just gonna hand me over to Alberto..." I trail off as I look at her hoping she could give some guidance on what to do
"Ok look," she starts as she scoots closer to me "I've known those two idiots for 5 years and I know one things for sure; if both of them get jealous of the other you better run, because they will do anything and I mean ANYTHING! To make you theirs, it's one of the many traits the both of them share" she says
"So when jealous those two are fucking yanderes, got it! Yeah that's not terrifying at all!!!" I yell at her as I wave my arms in the air
"I'm guessing it's a sea monster thing, I don't know!" She says while shrugging her shoulders
"Oh crap...! What am I gonna do about tomorrow?! I have that date with Alberto! Does Luca know?!" I frantically ask her and her eyes widen as she shakes her head 'no'
"Fuck! Ok G, I'm gonna ne—" I begin to say but she cuts me off
"Need me to distract Luca all day, no problem! I'll just take Luca swimming and fishing, just you and Alberto don't go near the water, ok?" She says and I nod as I hug her
"Thank you! I couldn't ask for a better friend" I say as I pull away from the hug
"Uh uh BEST friend" she corrects then we both start laughing
"Alright let's watch a movie than head to bed, we got a long day ahead of us tomorrow" I say as I grab the remote to turn on thenTV in her room
"Please God be in my favor tomorrow"
