Graduation Day

Everyone woke up, excited for their big day. Alya met up at Mari's place before heading off to get their hair and makeup done. A few hours later and the girls were all dolled up in their dresses. Everyone met up at the school to get ready for pictures. They all did a walk around their school and said goodbye to all of their teachers before heading off to their old schools to give their goodbyes.

1pm

Everyone met back up at the school for the ceremony. They all sat down in the gym and listened to all of the speeches and then waited for each of their names to be called up. After everyone had gotten their diploma they all threw their hats in the air and did their walk back down the isle.

4pm

Everyone waited at the school for a bit before leaving to get ready for the after party at Alya's place. Everyone was talking amongst themselves as people slowly trickled out of the school until it was just Mari, Adrien, Alya, and Nino.

"You're coming to the party right?"

"Of course we are Al, see you in a few hours?"

"Yep see you!" Mari waved goodbye to her friends and walked with Adrien back to her house. When they walked in the door Mari's parents congratulated them once again and got a few more pictures of the couple before they headed upstairs to change for the party.

"Today was one of the best days ever. I got to graduate with the people I love."

"There's one more thing that could make this day even better." He smirked at her and walked over, grabbing her waist and pulling her in.

"Adrien.... My parents are home." If her mom talked to her about that one more time she would spontaneously combust right then and there.

"Mine aren't. Fathers out on a business trip with Natalie and Gorilla. He thinks I'm staying with you here."

"Don't you have cameras?"

"Not outside my room, it's how I escape as Chat every day." She smiled back at him, knowing what his intention was.

"Well Alya is having a grad party, we could go there and just say we're staying at her place. Then we just sneak off back to yours." He smiled at her response.

"Party is at 8 and it's only 5. I'm going to go change into a different dress, this one is too long." Adrien nodded and watched as she walked over to her closet and pulled out a short dress.

"Wow, that's beautiful Mari." Marinette blushed as she walked over to her bathroom to change.

"I made it myself." She blushed and walked into her bathroom. A few minutes later she walked out zipping up her dress. Adrien couldn't help but turn bright red.

"Come here, I wanna make sure everyone knows that you're mine." He walked over to her and pulled her waist in, pressing a kiss to her lips. He started to move down to her jawline but she knew what was his plan and pushed him back.

"Don't worry, they'll know." She smiled up at him and then walked over to her mirror. When she turned around he could tell how short her dress was on her and he didn't like it. It was too short for being around males that could possibly be drunk.

"Mari, are you sure about that dress? It's a little short."

"I have you, I'll be good. If not I'm sure you'll teach them a lesson." He still didn't like this but he wasn't going to tell her what she could and couldn't wear.

She could tell that Adrien was lost in thought and walked back closer to him.

"You don't need to worry, I have you, Nino, and Kim. Neither of you three will let anyone else touch me." Adrien trusted Kim after how he helped him find her and knew that he'd do anything to protect her. He smiled at her knowing that she would be protected but was still going to be cautious.
