* there will be two rounds conducted:
1. ELEMENTAL ROUND [ The first round of contest]
In this round, all participants will be considered[ those who have followed the rules]
JUDGING CRITERIA
# the judge's review and marks will be considered.
#there will be 20 winners in the first round.
# there can be a maximum of three winners from one fandom.[eg from riansh only three books will qualify in 1st round]
2CULIMINATING ROUND[ this will be the final most round of the contest]
this is the final most round of contests. which will be a hard nut for participants.
JUDGING CRITERIA:
# there will be 2-3 judges to mark and review for each book
# there will be a total of 3 winners from this round
# there cannot be two winners to qualify in final round[eg two riansh books will not qualify for this round, in case the book will be reviewed and judged again.
3.FINAL ROUND
''books are the inspiration and soul of a reader''
hence, the final winner will be declared based on:
# judges review and marks
# reader opinion
# bonus marks
# host opinion
the three winning books of the culminating round will be judged here.
the winner will be final and the judgment will be fair. kindly don't bribe the judge or host.
THE TAG FEST WINNER SHOULD BE A NON PARTICIPANT AND THE TAG FEST WINNER HAS A PARALLEL TO THE WINNER OF THE CONTEST.
THE DEADLINE FOR EACH ROUND WILL BE DECLARED AFTER AUGUST 6TH.
