Iris's POV

knock

"Can I come in ?" Louis peered behind the door.

"Yea"

"Are you okay ?" he asked cautiously

"yeah I'm perfectly fine now" I assured him.

"Can I sleep with you ? I know it's weird but you can say no" he looked at me with his puppy eyes. Gosh my twin is so cute , how can you resist such cuteness ?

"Sure" I smiled

"Yay !!" he put his hands up , showing his excitement.

He laid on the left side of the bed while I laid on the right. It's a bit weird and I was stiff because I've never shared a bed with someone before. He turned to face me and he hugged me , I froze at the spot but I melted into his embrace.

It's warm.

Maybe I do need him to help me go through everything.
Maybe I can open up to him.
Maybe they won't judge me.
But what if they pity me ?
What if they are disgusted by me ?

What if...

My eyelids quivers and I let my eyelids take control and Louis chest slowly disappeared from my view into darkness.

(morning)

I woke up to the best warmest feeling around me , I peeked open to see Louis looking at me with sibling love in his eyes.

"What time is it ?" I asked him.

"It's 8.15am"

"oh ok , wait WHAT ?! 8.15am ?? Why didn't you wake me up earlier ?" I panic and started jumping up and down and combing my tangled hair with my fingers.

Suddenly , he burst into laughter.

"Louis , it is not funny. We're literally late for school you know ?" I said.

"You should have seen how you panic just now , right now it is only 7am , you are not late" he said trying to compose himself from laughter.

"I hate you so much" I frowned.

"Aww don't be so mean to me , I know you love me. I'm your favorite brother" he showed his puppy eyes again. I seriously can't deal with him.

I went up to him and smack his head , "What was that for ?" he asked looking at me.

"That's for pranking me" I said before stomping out of my room.

I made myself a bowl of cereal and a coffee which is gonna make me shit from from the combination of it. I brought my food to the table and sat down.

"Good morning Mum" I greeted looking at her who sat next to Dad.

"Good morning Iris , hope you had a great night yesterday" She smiled at me.

Everybody was looking at me whether I would greet them but too bad I'm not. Since I'm already grounded , not greeting them is not gonna make any difference. I finished my bowl of cereal and proceeded drinking my coffee.

"Iris you are grounded which means right after school , you have to be back home and your phone will be confiscated and you will have to be in detention for a month for using violence" Lorenzo spoke up.

"Grounded ?" Mum exclaimed. "What did she do ?"

"For using language and disrespecting us and injuring someone from our school" Apparently he knew about the fight in the cafeteria. I wonder who told him.
