I finally settled with that and tied it to my owl and set it away. Within a few minutes my owl came back with a letter tied to its leg

I started to gather everything together seeing as it was 10:30. I grabbed a picnic basket, a blanket, and I started walking down to the kitchens. I walked to the portrait of the fruit bowl and tickled the pear, it started giggling and opened the portrait. I walked inside to see a whole bunch of house elves scurrying around, and one female elf popped up in front of me
" Hello Draco, how may Tiffy help you?" She said happily, I bent down to give her a hug
" Hi Tiffy!! I'm glad to see your doing well! I was just wondering if I could have some food for a picnic please?" Tiffy nodded vigorously
" What kind of food does Draco need?" She asked politely. I thought about it for a little bit
" Hmm turkey sandwiches, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, pumpkin pasties, and some chocolate frogs please!" I asked nicely, her eyes lit up and she nodded one more
" coming right up" she said, then she snapped her fingers and a plate of all the food I asked for appeared in my arms. I thanked Tiffy again and made my way to the lake. Around 40 minutes later Hermione walked down, and I almost stopped breathing

" Wow I- your so gorgeous" I stuttered, as a light blush wired it's way into her cheeks
" thank you" she smiled shyly. I motioned for her to sit down on the blanket
" I'm glad you remembered our one year anniversary!" She said softly. I leaned in and placed a soft kiss on her lips
" I would never forget it" I smiled, and kissed her again. We stayed there lying on the blanket, making shapes out of the clouds and eating food for a while. But then she told me she had it use the washroom, so she got up and walked inside.
Hermione pov:
Walking inside the castle was quite quiet because there was a party in the Hufflepuff common room. I was just about at the washroom when my vampire hearing picked up on a noise, but I just shook it off. Seconds later I felt something sharp in my neck and I started to fall asleep, the last thing I could think of before everything went black

Sorry for such a short chapter :| I just wanted to end it there, I promise I'll make up for it 😁 also for those who don't know what Vervain is, it's a herb that burns vampires, and when they are injected with the liquid form, it knocks them unconscious :)
