3RD PERSON POV*
Lucas, Enrico, Xander and Anfelisa all sat in a expensive resturant talking about business as if they were normal people with normal jobs.
"Good afternoon everyone. I am Olivia, and I'll be your waitress for this afternoon."
"Are we ready to order or do you need some more time?"
"I would like some pasta with white sauce and coke, please."
"Same for me except for the coke.""Just some sushi would be okay, thanks."
"The same as him.""I will be back as soon as possible, thankyou."
She wrote down the orders on her notepad and strutted away.
"So, Anfelisa what is that you wanted to discuss?"
Lucas spoke lowly as he made eye contact with Lisa. She stuttered a little with her words but quickly regained her composure.
"Firstly I'm here to make it very clear that we're not here to create any more enemity between us."
"I just want to state that the plot should be rightfully ours as we've had our eyes on it for far too long than you guys."
Anfelisa spoke with confidence."Oh, but I believe that it doesn't matter who had eyes on the plot first, the one who agrees to give more money is the one who should get the plot."
Lucas replied back with little anger in his voice because honestly it was annoying him now.Even though Anfelisa was not going to back off she somewhere deep down knew that Lucas was not wrong.
She thought for a moment about how she was going to voice her opinion but nothing relevant came to her mind except....
"We can split the plot."
She quickly said and waited for Lucas's reaction. He scoffed and then chuckled.
"Firstly you should know that I don't like to share my things", he said eyeing Anfelisa,
"And secondly even if I did consider it for a moment I wouldn't share it with my enemies.""Lucas, it's not something I am doing very happily , I want the plot so for the sake it I was atleast considering an option."
Anfelisa gritted."Yeah right." Lucas replied.
"But clearly you don't co-operate and I'm not here to beg , and I'm done here." She spoke sternly.
"Xander I think our work here is done we should leave." Anfelisa whispered in her brother's ear.
"Yeah perhaps we should."
Anfelisa and Xander both got up from their seats and threw some money on to the table, and with one last look to Lucas, Anfelisa left right behind Xander.
"You wait here while I bring the car out of the parking lot."
Xander said.
Lisa nodded. From the corner of her eye she saw Enrico and Lucas coming out as well.
While she saw Enrico walking away she saw Lucas coming towards her.
"You know Anfelisa I was considering your offer but I was thinking what's in it for me?"
She scoffs and continues "What do you mean what's in it for you? You also get half of the plot , don't you?"
"That's right but is their any gurantee that your mafia won't try to attack us or take away our side of the plot."
She rolls her eyes and replies,
"I don't know Lucas can you give me the same gurantee that your mafia won't try to sabotage our plot."Lucas was really intrigued by her cleverness and thought why not give this a chance.
There was a small barely visible smile on his face while he spoke,
"Okay Lisa I'll think about your offer and let you know."Lisa rolls her eyes at the nickname but nevertheless feels happy that she might have this plot now.
Just in time Xander arrives with the car and Anfelisa opens the door and gets in.
"Why were you with him Lisa, he didn't threaten you or something did he?"
She chuckles lightly and replies,
"No you can relax plus you know I'm capable of handling myself on my own.""Oh and Lucas said he will consider our offer.
"As he should." Xander says smirking.
"Even though I'm shocked he's considering our offer I'm also happy that we might get the plot."
I say smiling by the end of it.happy reading,
