The awaking Akaashi had

Akaashi's gunmetal blue eyes shot open and he sat up, he had a sheen of sweat on his body, and the room was too warm for his likeing, his breath was labored and heavy, he could feel tears stream his face as he woke up from his nightmare that he had just woken up from but the soft snores is what alerted him to the body beside him,

Asleep beside Akaashi was Bokuto, alive, breathing and very very much healthy, drool escapeing Bokuto's mouth, black and white hair was down and messy, one of Bokuto's arms was under gus pillow and his other was under Akaashi's neck, Akaashi smiled, shifting to put the window on the latch before crawling back into bed to cuddle up with Bokuto,
