Chapter 8

-Addison's Pov-
We smiled and started to walk with Jason beside us.
Addison- so um Jason, how long have you been a bodyguard?
Jason- 10 years
Tessa and I looked at each other
Tessa- that's awesome
He smiled, he always had a serious face but he's so sweet. We went into vary clothing stores like Gucci, Chanel, high priced placed and went into this boutique that had everything you can think of. I needed an outfit for tonight, something comfy but cute. Tessa found something as well. Jason was with us the entire time. We would strike conversations just getting to know him. As we were shopping, there's a group of girls, who were looking at us, like they know us. It did make me uncomfortable, til one of them came up.
Girl #1- hi!
Jason stepped in
Jason- can I help you missy?
Addison- Jason it's okay
I looked at him and he nods, I smiled looking at the girl.
Addison- hi
Girl #1- sorry we were looking at yall, you girls looked familiar, we're yall on the Richel Collins show?
Addison- yeah that's us
Girl #1- wow so is it true you're Jordan's girlfriend?
I smiled and nodded
Addison- yes
Girl #1- I'm so jealous, I just wanted to say you're pretty and so are you
She refers to Tessa and we smiled
Addison- awe, thank you!
Tessa- thanks so much!
Girl #1- do you guys mind if my friend came over?
Addison- of course, no one needs to be left out
The girl signals her friends to come over, we talked and took pictures in the end, it made my day.
Girl #1- it was so nice meeting yall, Addison I'm gonna be honest, you're so much better than his ex
That shocked me and I smiled
Addison- wow um you guys knew of her?
Girl #1- yeah apparently she's a model, you don't know her?
Addison- I don't really follow up on models these days
I smiled and they giggled
Girl #1- thats okay, you're still better
Addison- I don't know what to say
Girl #1- you don't have to say anything
I nod
Girl #2- are you two going to be at the concert?
We nod
Girl #1- I hope we see yall!
Addison- of course!
We gave them hugs and they left, it's been 3 hours. I haven't talked to my parents in such a long time, I told Jason and Tessa I needed to use a payphone and they were gonna stick around. So I go to one putting some quarters in and dialing their number.
Suzanne- hello?
Addison- hi mom, it's me
Suzanne- Addi! We haven't heard from you in months, where have you been?
Addison- I'm sorry mom, I've been busy with classes and among other things
Suzanne- oh I know, I saw the press, you're dating a celebrity?
Addison- he's not just a celebrity, he's a person and yes mom I am
I smiled
Suzanne- honey, please be careful, press these days are crucial and will do anything to get to you
Addison- I know mom, I'm handling it well
Suzanne- when are you planning on coming back to Louisiana to visit, we miss you
Addison- um just whenever Thanksgiving break comes around so it'll be a couple of months.
Suzanne- okay honey, where are you?
Addison- um don't be mad but I'm in New York
Suzanne- what on earth are you doing in New York? Are you alone?
Addison- it's for the New Kids concert and no I have Tessa
I smiled
Addison- mom I'm okay I promise
Suzanne- okay honey, you know I love you and I want the best for you
Addison- I know mom and you know I'll probably end up famous
I said jokingly
Suzanne- I'd say
We both laugh
Addison- well mom, I gotta get off here, I'll talk to you later, I love you and tell dad also
Suzanne- will do, I love you too honey, be careful
Addison- I will, bye
I hung up getting out of the booth.
Tessa- what was that about?
Addison- I had to call my mom, I haven't talked to them in a bit
I smiled
Tessa- do they know?
I nod and we continued walking on the sidewalk for a good 10 minutes and then the press comes out recognizing us, Jason stands in front pushing them.
Jason- stay back
Press #1- are you Jordan's girlfriend??
Press #2- are you responsible for Jordan's break up with Kelly??
Press #3- is your friend dating Donnie??
The second question disturbed me, I saw Tessa roll her eyes to the second question. Jason protectedbus then went into a Cafe for coffee and lunch with cameras flashing outside. It was getting annoying but that's a perk for dating someone famous. Tessa and I ordered.
Addison- do you want anything?
I asked Jason
Jason- no I'm good, thank you sweetie
Addison- are you sure? I insist, you've been doing awesome
He smiled
Jason- I'll take some cappuccino
I nodded paying for us, then we leave with Jason protecting us
Addison- should we head back?
I hollered to Jason because of the paparazzi and he nods. He calls Al and was told he's on his way. He made it a few minutes later. We quickly got in.
Addison- be careful Al, they've been on us for an hour
Tessa- I don't even know where they came from
Al- usually how it works ladies, you'll be alright
He then carefully pulls out taking us back to the venue where the boys were. They were with bodyguards coming into the van. I see Jordan smiling hugging me sweating.
Jordan- I missed you so much
Addison- I missed you more, you're so sweaty
I giggled and he smiled
Jordan- sorry baby
Addison- it's okay, i don't care
Jordan- good, I'll still be holding onto you
You both smiled at each other, he pecks your lips
Jordan- did you spoil yourself baby?
I nod with a smile
Addison- your fans came up, about 5, they were so sweet
Tessa- yeah then swarm of paparazzi showed up and stayed on us for an hour
She jumped in
Addison- and they asked some disturbing questions
Jordan- what was it babe?
Addison- um one of them asked if I was responsible for your break up with your ex
Jordan- oh boy, she's probably been doing press and spreading some false information, don't let it get to you baby
Addison- I'm not, I only know the truth
I smiled looking at him
Jordan- that's my girl
He smiled
Addison- also Jason did awesome
Donnie- I'm glad you guys were safe
Jon- New York just gets crazy, tonight is one of them
Joey- I'm excited though
Danny- same
We made it back to the hotel in peace but still got in quick in case we get seen, then going back up to our rooms.
Jordan- I'm gonna go take a quick shower, I'll be right back beautiful
He pecked my lips and I nod. I went to lay down in our well made bed. I'm assuming maids came in here and touched up the place. Donnie and Tessa went to room next door where Jon, Danny, and Joey are. My eyes were heavy and I end up falling asleep.
