8am, 37 hours on the clock.

Jinyoung and Jaebeom had just left the apartment. The kids were staying and Jinyoung had called his parents to ask them to babysit, they of course, said yes even though the clock had just turned 8.

The two adults had to talk with the kids as everyone except Hyunjin, Felix and Chan had meet Misoo and Daejeok. They assured them that there was nothing to worry about, but Jinyoung talked to his mother about the situation and she promised that she would handle it with care and patience.

The couple stood outside the complex as a white Hyundai stopped in front of them. The window rolled down and a familiar face looked out at them.

"Ready to meet the backup?" Jackson sat behind the wheel and Jooheon sat in the passengers seat. "If so, get your asses  in the car so we can get this show on the road."

Jaebeom rolled his eyes at his friend's enthusiasm but did as he was told, Jinyoung following his lead. Once they were seated Jackson drove onto the street and took the street leading to the CIA's main office.

"Who is the backup exactly?" Jinyoung asked, leaning towards the middle seat so that he could get a better view of Jackson and the traffic ahead.

"Our boss, Bang Sihyuck," he answered. "He took over after Bang Hyeonseok when we were able to bring him down."

"You trust him?"Jinyoung questioned.

Both Jackson and Jooheon knew that Jinyoung and Jaebeom were bound to be suspicious of anybody at the CIA as Ku seemed to have his people there, so they were prepared.

"We do trust him," Jackson stated. "He's been working there for the past 20 years, and Bang is the one we can trust. We trust him, and I hope that you trust us."

The rest of the car ride was silent, there was no tension, more nerves. Jinyoung and Jaebeom had never meet Bang Sihyuck, and now when they knew how much power Ku Bonchul had over the CIA they had no idea who they could trust.

But they trusted both Jackson and Jooheon, and Namjoon and Hoseok were subordinates to Sihyuck as well. So that made the couple calmer. They couldn't turn down help from someone with as much power that Sihyuck had, they knew that. This was the best shot they had in taking Bonchul down once ad for all.

The tall buildings that filled Seoul's core was  thinning out as they drove out of the city, heading for Bang's home east of the capital.

After about half an hour the car drove off the highway and onto a gravel road that went into the forest a few hundred meters.

They pulled up to a big wooden house and Jackson parked next to a Red Hyundai that stood in the driveway.

The four of them proceeded to step out of the car and walk up to the front door, Jooheon pushing the doorbell.

A few seconds passed before the door was open. A woman stood behind it and she had a polite smile on her face.

"Are you her to meet Mr Bang?"

"Yes ma'am," Jooheon responded.

"Come in then." The woman took a step to the side and opened the door wider.

They had only taken a few steps into the house as four men dressed in black suits stepped out into the hall, pointing their guns at Jaebeom.

"On the ground, now!"

Jinyoung stared at the men, slowly inching closer to his boyfriend.

"You there, stay where you are." One of the guns were now pointed at Jinyoung.

"Why the fuck should I? You're pointing a gun at my partner," he hissed, staring daggers at the agents.

Jaebeom felt chills running down his spine at Jinyoung's words and he could almost see the glare on his boyfriend's face even though he was standing behind him.

The agents were still pointing their guns at the couple and Jinyoung decided that enough was enough.

He took a few steps and stood in front of Jaebeom, covering him. "You want to shoot him, you gotta shot me."

"Sir," one of the agents spoke. "Be wise and step back, we don't want to hurt you."

"Hurt him and our kids will be without a parent and I'll kill you all slowly." His voice was as cold as ice and there was not any hesitation shown on his features as he spoke. "And I promise you, I'll have you begging for death before I'm finished."

Jackson and Jooheon stood by the sidelines, watching the scene unfold. They were surprised by Jinyoung's reaction and a little entertained. Only Jinyoung would act up against agents when under pressure.

The two of them felt the tension in the air, and they saw how tensed Jinyiung was. Everything was settling and it was starting to show.

A few seconds passed, no part backing down. The air shifted as a door behind them opened.

A man steppes out, his expression serious. He had glasses and he wore a with shirt and a pair of black dress pants.

He studied the situation for a few seconds before raising a hand towards the agents, the agents lowering their weapons and stepping back at the gesture.

"That's no way to treat our guests, is it gentlemen?" The man asked.

"No sir," one of them answered politely.

"I'm sorry for the inconvenience Mr Im, Mr Park," the man apologised, nodding towards Jinyoung and Jaebeom. "What do you say we continue in my office?"

The man didn't wait for an answer before he disappeared through the door he had walked through. Jooheon and Jackson followed the man, Jinyoung and Jaebeom trailing behind.

The office space was open, behind the dark wood desk a window with the view of a snow filled garden.

They sat down in a black sofa across from the man. Silence lay around them.

"If you haven't already guessed, I'm Bang Sihyuck," the man introduced himself. "And I have heard that you're in need of some back up."

Finally this chapter is published. I'm really sorry for the long wait but I've had a lot going on and I haven't found the time or energy to write. Hopefully with this chapter published I'll be more motivated.

Anyway, thanks for reading, and I'll hopefully see you all soon. Bye~
