I was just peacefully enjoying my breakfast, the Garry was nearby, but that's not the point.

What does this mean?

Is he calling the Russians to get him more Vodka?

Is he calling the aliens who had just entered the solar system?

Is he calling his fellow brethren to help him fight the war of yes?
