"Ah, shit," Irene groans as she slumps herself into the couch while gripping tightly below her wound.
"Don't move," Jisoo told her and run somewhere in the house.
"Unnie! Faster!" Jennie shouted, panicking.
"Sshh! You might wake the kids up!" Chaeyoung scolded her.
Jisoo came running, almost stumbling up on her way, with a basin, towel, and first aid kit.
"How are we going to treat that?" Chaeyoung asked while looking at Jisoo who's preparing the tools that she'll use.
"Like this," Jisoo answered and pulled out the arrow from Irene's shoulder without hesitation which made the older to scream in pain.
"Unnie!" Jennie and Chaeyoung had their eyes wide.
"You should've warned her! Or us! Or even be careful!" Chaeyoung said hysterically.
Jisoo rolled her eyes as she gives the arrow to Jennie and started doing her work. "That's the only way to treat her, what do you want to do? Leave that to her shoulder?" She said as a matter of fact.
Jennie throws the arrow to the table with disgust on her face and looks at Jisoo treating Irene.
They can't bring Irene to the hospital because CL or Krystal might check for the records, and besides, Irene told them, "What are we going to tell the doctors? I got shot by a stray arrow in the middle of the night?" So that's that.
"Should I put the thread to the needle now?" Jennie asked.
"Yes please," Jisoo said while still cleaning the wound after stopping the bleeding by wrapping a fabric just above the wound.
Irene's already in between consciousness and fainting.
"Bear with it for the meantime, Irene," Chaeyoung told her softly.
After Jisoo did everything that she needed to do, they lay Irene down on the couch and wrap her body with a blanket.
They all sigh in relief and look at Irene's sleeping form.
"She's gonna be fine, right?" Jennie asked worriedly.
"She will." Jisoo told her and started putting away the tools that she used.
"I'm really thankful that you guys came earlier, you know?" Jennie told them.
"Agents never go on a mission without a backup." Chaeyoung said and walk to the kitchen to drink cold water.
"So..." Jennie followed her and lean at the counter. "You already knew?"
"I know everything when it comes to Lisa." Chaeyoung told her as if it's a normal thing. "I'm a bit disappointed that you guys didn't tell me."
"We want to make sure first. We don't want to give false hopes, especially we all had a hard time coping up with her death." Jennie told her.
"What now?"
"Irene unnie wants to talk to Krystal."
Chaeyoung scoffed. "Talk? You really think that she'll give Lisa to us because she talks to her?"
"That was called 'testing the water'." Jisoo said as she walks towards the refrigerator to get water. "Who knows what they're capable of doing? We should be careful, Chaeyoung."
After that, Jisoo went upstairs to check on the twins and Mavis while Jennie and Chaeyoung took turns looking after Irene. They decided to just sleep in the living room to monitor her condition.
