Sirius knew it was time for the Cullens to know about the magical world. Being aware of all these things would only help Sirius in the future. But for that, he had to convey just how vast the magical world spread. However, simply telling them about it wouldn't suffice. These were the thoughts Sirius entertained while eating his brunch. Suddenly, he remembered something from the past, bringing a large smile to his handsome face. He knew exactly how he was going to do this. After finishing his brunch, he returned to the drawing room where all the Cullens were gathered, along with Harry, who was sleeping soundly in Esme's arms.
As he entered, all eyes turned towards him, except Esme and Rosalie, who were lovingly staring at Harry. Sirius nodded at them, silently indicating he was ready to share everything. He gestured for them to keep quiet, which confused the Cullens. Sirius then called Kreacher in a slow voice, and suddenly the elf appeared in the Cullens' drawing room, startling the vampires. Before any of them could say anything, Sirius gestured for them to remain silent.
Ignoring the vampires' surprise, Kreacher bowed to Sirius.
"Master, you called Kreacher?" he inquired.
"Yes, Kreacher. Harry and I will be here for some time. I want you to deliver Harry's crib from his room and also look after the cottage. Call me immediately if someone comes there. We are expecting a girl around my age at the cottage. If she arrives before Harry and me, welcome her inside and get her settled in the spare room before informing me. You may go now," Sirius instructed.
Kreacher bowed again, casting a glance at Harry, then disappeared. He reappeared within seconds, setting Harry's crib beside Esme's sofa. After another bow, he vanished once more. This time, the Cullens were too stunned to break the silence. Sirius gently lifted Harry from Esme's arms and settled him in his crib. After ensuring Harry was comfortable, he cast monitoring and silencing charms around the crib, allowing them to speak without disturbing Harry. Settling into his seat, Sirius finally broke the silence.
"You can speak now," he announced.
The Cullens began talking all at once, prompting Sirius to shout for silence, which effectively quieted them. Esme and Rosalie immediately checked Harry's crib, ensuring Sirius hadn't woken him. Seeing this, a small smile formed on Sirius's lips, though Esme and Rosalie did not appreciate his apparent levity.
"Why are you smiling, Sirius? What if Harry had woken up because of your shouting?" Rosalie chided.
"Don't worry. I've cast spells around his crib. Harry can't hear us, but we'll know if he makes any noise," Sirius reassured them.
Impressed, the Cullens turned their attention back to Sirius as he explained it was time for them to learn about the magical world. He assured them he would tell them everything, but they needed to approach the information with open minds. Before judging, they needed to hear him out. Sirius proposed using a spell to share his memories, allowing them to understand alongside Harry.
"We would like that, Sirius. We are curious about it all," Carlisle responded.
Sirius proceeded to explain everything about the wizarding world and blood supremacy. He knew he had to provide context before sharing details about himself and Harry.
"Okay, I will tell you everything about our world. But you must be open-minded. Before judging, hear me out," Sirius began.
The Cullens nodded eagerly, prompting Sirius to prepare the spell. However, a shine from Harry's crib caught his eye. They observed Harry soundly asleep, with a soft toy stag, dog, and wolf beside him, summoned by accidental magic. Sirius couldn't contain his laughter, feeling like a proud father. As the Cullens looked on in surprise, Sirius explained the concept of accidental magic.
"You will learn more about these things soon enough. So, are you ready for some magic?" Sirius asked mischievously.
Emmett summed up their excitement with a simple "Hell yeah!"
