(S) we ran out of dog food so that's all I could figure out

(E) well I should have asked you first if you would have been ok with it if I called you my girlfriend that day my friend wouldn't leave you alone
(G) it's alright I had already caught on to what you were trying to do, I've never actually had a boyfriend before even though you jest wanted to pretend to be mine so that your friends wouldn't mess with me

(G) are you sure my brother's ok with this?
