Scorpius plays matchmaker

Chapter 6

You've been trying to help scorpius

Like you've known him since he was a baby, like you and Draco have been best friends for years

Just Astoria didn't like you and didn't want you around so Draco hung around you less and less and less, until you wouldn't see him for years

And you focused on getting a job at Hogwarts

You met Scorpius as a baby and toddler a few times and a couple times as a kid

But again Astoria hated you for some weird reason, actually she hated all of Dracos friends who were girls and weren't in a relationship

So only when you were in a relationship could you be Dracos friend

Honestly you wish he saw how toxic that was maybe he wouldn't have gotten so hurt by her then

You look over at scorpius as he ate dinner alone far away from his friends

*This is affecting scorpius so badly, and I try and be someone he can talk to, it's the least I can do for him but I know I can't fully help him unless Draco steps up and starts being there for scorpius* you think as you then get up and walk over to scorpius

You clear your throat and he looks up and sighs

"Yes?" He says obviously upset from seeing Draco drunk today

"You need to talk? Take your food and you can eat in my office we can talk as you eat." You say and scorpius nods and takes his plate and left with you

And walks to your office and talks with you about how upset he is with his father

"Does my dad actually care about me? I don't feel like he does, I ask him over and over to please stop drinking but he doesn't listen." Scorpius says and you nod

"I know scorpius but he's going through a lot, he really tried to make it work with your mother for you, he loved her so much and now she's gone he doesn't know how to deal with his pain." You say and Scorpius nods

*My dad can never get over my mom if he keeps drinking, I haven't seen my mom in years dad needs to get over her I have she's not my mother anymore*
