You went out with some friends since for the last few weeks you have been sleeping in, since summer was ending and you'll soon have to go back to Hogwarts and start teaching

Draco really just wanted to lay in bed all day with you but that's not something he can do

You even talked to scorpius about how school is gonna be

And how he doesn't need to think of you as his dads girlfriend as you both are at school

He just shrugs and says I really don't care

I got you both together so it doesn't matter to me

But as you were gone Astoria came over upset Draco is dating you

"Astoria I'm not fighting with you, you left me for another man and you have the audacity to get angry at me? For starting to date again after four years after our divorce? I tried to forgive you and keep our relationship for scorpius, I wanted to fix it, but no you leave, and now you're angry at me? You cheated on me." Draco says angrily as scorpius was listening in

He now understood why his dad would drink, honestly he would as well if that happened to him

Scorpius then skips over and pulls on Dracos arm

"Dad! I want a puppy." Scorpius says as he knew the woman here was his mother now but didn't care she meant nothing to him now, she left him and hurt him now he just can't care for the woman he once called mom

"Scorp we can talk about this later." Draco says and scorpius shakes his head

"No!" Scorpius says and Draco sighs

"If you do well in school this year we can talk about it during the summer, and remember y/n is your teacher you can't lie to me anymore." Draco says and scorpius nods and looks at Astoria

"Who the fuck is that? You better not be cheating on y/n I'll kill you! I spent too much time playing matchmaker for you to cheat, also she's not that cute y/n is cuter." Scorpius says trying to get back at his mom for leaving him and never talking to him again, scorpius wanted her to hurt the way she hurt him for leaving and never contacting him again

Draco was shocked wait so scorpius doesn't even remember his mom, it's only been four years

"No I'm not cheating on y/n, got cheated on once don't think I'll ever hurt someone like I was hurt." Draco says as he glared at Astoria

And you walk through the front door and Draco walks over and kisses you

"Hey so she here help me get her to leave so we can cuddle?" Draco says and Astoria heard and glares at you

"Nope fuck that I am not dealing with her." You say as you walk off with Scorpius as he talks about how he wants a puppy and to convince Draco by doing something, scorpius even said take kisses from him until Draco says he'll get scorpius a puppy, you burst out laughing at that

Draco had trouble getting astoria out, without hurting her because one wrong move she can take scorpius from him if she even could, but who knows if she could, but he's not gonna let Astoria take scorpius from him, and Draco does have full custody of scorpius but if Astoria wanted to she may be able to take scorpius, and well that's not happening ever

But Astoria saw you walk downstairs and she smirked and kissed Draco

But she didn't know you saw the whole thing her looking at you as Draco was saying please leave

Then her kissing Draco

Draco quickly pushed her off then noticed you and panicked and he was about to explain but you cut him off

"Don't worry Draco saw the whole thing know she kissed you, also get Scorpius a puppy or whatever I need to find some ink so see ya." You say and Draco laughs

Draco wipes his mouth and spits after Astorias kiss, because he's with you now

"WAIT Y/N KISS ME!" Draco says running after you to get Astorias kiss off him and his girlfriends kiss on his lips

Draco just hoped Astoria would leave if Draco ignored her
