After the young dragon had devoured the creature he kept progressing through the cave with the upmost caution not wanting get get ambush by anything that could potentially kill him in mere seconds.

He kept moving until he came across something that he'd never expect to see down here. He saw a person entangled in what looked liked to be webs struggling to break free.

Izuku thoughts: 'it's a person this is the first I've seen them in here! And he's trapped'

As he was talking to himself he also thought that he should try and use appraisal on him.
