Lunch and dark

Percy's pov.

It took hours but I made at least a million cookies and fifty pizzas
I leaned back on the counter and sighed "gods what have I gotten into"

I waited for fifteen minuets when the elevator opened I grabbed plates and cups from the cabinets I tuned to see all the people from my interview 'really?'

Tony smiled and pointed to me
"Guys this is my new worker his names percy" he said and looked at all the food on the counter "and are new chef I guess" I shook my head and laughed "you said it was just lunch"

Tony smiled evilly "I say a lot of things I don't mean" I sighed and looked at the group "I'm percy Jackson and you are?" all of them waved and a long haired blonde stepped forward
"Greeting son of jack I am Thor of Asgard"
I raised an eyebrow "what's ass guard?"

Tony snorted and some of them stifled there laughter or smiled

"It is where I am from" he said loudly
"I'm not going to ask" I muttered
A women took a seat at the table
"I'm Natasha ,that's Clint ,Steve and Bruce" she said a pointed then out i looked at them and nodded to Bruce "we've already met"

"Well eat up there's plenty here" I said all the men dived at the food Bruce and Natasha stood back and I jumped away "jeez! slowdown and leave some for them!" I shouted

When they had there food and went to the table Natasha and Bruce calmly stepped to the counter

"Are they always like that?"
Bruce grinned and Tasha rolled her eyes "you should see them after a fight" she smirked "I don't think I want to"

Bruce laughed and the whole table looked at him and smiled
'Guess its a little hard to get the hulk to laugh'

"Ok we'll I should get going" I said tony jumped up from the table "what? you just got here and you haven't eaten anything " he said and pulled be to the table

"Ok I guess..."
I grabbed food and everyone sat and ate Clint ate five prices of pizza
"This is great Kid where did you learn to cook!" He said with a mouth full Natasha scowled at him everyone nodded on agreement

I blushed and shrugged
Natasha raised an eyebrow at me "is that a tattoo?" I snorted and gaged on my food and when I regained my composure I looked at her "what?" she pointed to my arm where my rome tattoo or.... brand

"Oh that ,it's a family tradition its actually not tattooed on its burned on it hurt but not that bad" I said Steve looked at me wildly tony frowned "thats one hell of a tradition" he said I shrugged Clint looked at it "whys there I trident?"
" Like I said family tradition my dads side of the family is weird " I said

We went back to talking I got into a chat with Thor "so you like mid evil weapons are you any good with a sword?" I asked he smiled "I prefer my hammer but I have fought with one before you fight with one?" I nodded "yeah I fought with it since I was twelve we should spar some time" I said he laughed loudly "I would love o spar with you young one!"

We finished lunch and I cleaned up the plates Bruce insisted on helping
"Alright I should go" I said they all smiled and said good bye Thor patte my back "I can't not wait to spar with you sometime" and I left

I waved to the girl at the front "bye" she smiled "its really windy out there I think it may storm so be careful"
She said in a friendly way I nodded at threw on my jacket

It was cloudy I jumped in the car
It wouldn't start

"Oh hades come on!" I Tried again ,still nothing

I sighed and started walking home
It was cloudy and dark the streets were empty I griped riptide

I never saw the van pull up behind me
I never saw the man come from the ally
I never saw him pull out a dart gun
I never saw him shoot at me from afar

All I saw was the dark
