Welcome to the Forever Yours rewrite! I am literally so f*cking ecstatic to finally be rewriting this series, you have no idea. I love this plot but the writing in the first series (because it was the first book I've ever written no shit) was TERRIBLE and I need to redeem myself. If you've been here since the beginning  I literally love you and I'm so excited for y'all to read this.

The plot may slightly shift as I'm trying to make it a little bit less.... sudden blatant true love esque? it'll be just as fast as before, just more playful instead of romantic at the beginning. nobody is making out at 14 years old in the beginning of a relationship oh hell no girl bye. Anyways, I hope you enjoy reading this book.

For my sake Caroline will be renamed to Rosalyn because I based this book off of myself when I first wrote it and I cannot bare to rewrite such cringe with my full name please don't kill me thank you <3

This book will be written in four sections, I, II, III, and IV. Each chapter will begin with the number of whatever section it's in. Sounds confusing, you'll catch on quickly.

some quick updates, these will be especially helpful to those who haven't read the original series.

- as those of you who have read this series before already know, the beginning of this book is a lighthearted, middle school crush, so stereotypical it's fucking hilarious type book. this goes from fourth through seventh year, hence it gets darker and darker every year. Every book section will have an overview with possible tw's and warnings. The book sections go I, II, III, and IV.

I wanted to add another update to this introduction so I can go into more depth regarding why this book is written in the way it is written. As a fan fiction fanatic, I would probably read the first chapter of this book myself and click off, which is why I think it's important I note why it is the way it is. Not only is this book an early "dracotok" esque classic, but it highlights maturity, and how a young girl's perspective shifts from boys, makeup, and stereotypical girly ideals to survival during wartime. The beginning makes you want to puke, so you can look back on it in later chapters and miss childhood innocence. At the time of this update we are only fourteen chapters in, hence we haven't reached those severely dark and nostalgic chapters yet. I hope this gives you a better description as to why this book is the way it is, and I'm so excited to rewrite it in a way I see fit as I released the original over two years ago. Enjoy <3
