I paced up and down the mess hall , heavily breathing and shaking trying to calm down but I needed Tommy . I stopped walking after I heard Nick and Ziggy talking "my sisters out there!" She shouted "yeah i know and me and Gary will do everything we can to find your sister just please stay here . I'm not letting you die ziggy!" He said while cupping her face and kissing her forehead which got lots of weird looks from other campers around the room including me .
"You know that's a camper right?" Gary told Nick which he then ignored and continued running around the mess hall grabbing flashlights "this ones yours." He threw one at Gary before running out and leaving . I walked over to ziggy and threw my arms around her "this sucks ass," she just started to breakdown "I promise you they will find Cindy . I love you Ziggy berman,"
"I love you too." We stood there hugging for a good minute until I noticed Maggie, Tommys sister wasn't here and if anything he'd want me to keep her safe so I started searching the room until me and Ziggy were thrown against the wall by sheilas musty friends
"where is she?" "Did u kill her like you killed Jeremy with your witchy powers?" "Where is she witch!" Too many questions asked in the time span of 10 seconds, we then realised what they was talking about, I turned to Ziggy and widened my eyes before we both sprinted out of the mess hall
Out of breath by the time we got there we knew we had to be quick as the killer was still around and could attack us at any minute . After pulling the screwdriver out, the door flung open and Sheila started punching us
"U BITCH!" She screamed getting any hits on me and Ziggy.
"Sheila! Shut . Up." I said while trying to put my hand over her mouth but she bit me causing me to squeal in pain and hold my hand tight.
"Sheila . There's a killer!" Ziggy shouted at her but she still didn't listen so I then grabbed a rock and smashed it into her head knocking her out .
seconds after Gary ran up behind us "what in the world happened here?" He asked while pointing at Sheila .
"No time for questions just carry her to the mess hall please Gary ." he nodded before picking her up bridal style and carrying her leaving me and Ziggy by the outhouse until we heard a scream which startled us .
I grabbed her hand and ran into the stalls and shut the door stepping on all the bugs so they wouldn't crawl on us . Footsteps approached. I buried my head into her shoulder praying it would be someone we knew coming to get us . It then when silent I looked to my right to see 'T+L' carved into the wall , me and Tommy did it after we hung by the lake it's all I can really remember from that night and looking at it calmed me .
"Have they left?" Ziggy asked , her voice trembling
"I think so." I got up and went to unlock the door when an axe smacked the wood making us scream and back up as fast as we could.
"I need you to trust me on this one otherwise we will be dead." I said getting a nod in response from Ziggy . I then kicked the door down pushing whoever was behind it onto the floor . Without looking at them me and ziggy made a run for it accidentally splitting up .
I ran through the woods looking for councillors but I was alone . "
Lila" I turned around yet nobody was there "help him" huh? Why could I hear voices but not match a body to the voice "Whoever's out there stop this isn't funny? Help who?" I shouted which then Nick Goode came running over
"what the fuck are you doing out here! I told you to stay back Lila ."
"Nick there's this voice in my head . Telling me to help someone . Help who!" I cried
"LILA!" the voice screamed making me fall to the ground in pain from the ringing noise in my head
"are you okay?" Nick asked helping me gain my strength and stand back up.
"do I fucking look okay?" I asked he then shrugged his shoulders before putting his hand out for me to grab "where's Tommy?" I asked while brushing the dirt off of my bare legs not paying much attention
"right there!" Nick responded while pointing into the darkness .
I looked behind me to see a dark figure in the distance "Tommy ?" I shouted getting his attention .
He started running towards me so I started running towards him "Lila stop!" I heard Nick scream from behind me which then I realised Tommy was holding an axe
"Thomas?" I froze not knowing what to do or what to say but that all quickly changed when He then swung at me missing me luckily which then made me scream running at Nick and then we sprinted away . I sat behind this tree in silence . My boyfriend tried to kill me and I couldn't take in all of what had happened today
"you okay?" Nick said making me jump as he walked around the tree.
"mhm." Nick then sat next to me
"I'm sorry Lila . I know you loved him," Nick rubbed my back
"I don't understand Nick I don't fucking understand any of this what's happened to him?," I started sobbing I rested my head in my knees that were slightly bleeding .
" Lila I don't get it as much as you don't I wish I could say I know what's happened I don't." He slightly smacked his head against the back of the tree out of frustration. "The bus is coming soon we need to go"
I brought myself to get up, checking the surroundings before we began to walk towards the mess hall
My eyes were puffy my legs were in pain and I was just straight up confused but the minute we reached the mess hall I ran in to hug Ziggy who just sat there almost like a statue
"Zigs what's wrong? Where is everyone?" I frantically look around to see only Ziggy, Nick and a couple other shadysiders
"The bus. It left, it fucking left!" Ziggy smacked her fist hard against the table , I took in her words and dropped to the ground there was literally no escape now this was something out of a horror movie
Suddenly Cindy and Alice break through the doors to the mess hall and come stumbling over to us
"Your boyfriend Lila is a fucking psychopath," Alice screamed at me , aiming it all at me as if this was my fault as if all these deaths were in my hands
I stormed out and into the kitchen I couldn't bare sit with any of them any longer, I just slumped next to the counter and let the tears stream down my face
I thought about how I would be if I was on that bus right now going home, getting far away from any murderers and being able to go home back to my mum she is all I needed right now.
The comfort of my own m-
"Agh!" I screamed as I was dragged out of my daydream as something slammed against the metal unit next to me
A tall man with a red plaid jacket on, yellow tank and blue jeans stood in front of me but I couldn't see his face it was covered by a sack in which out of adrenaline I yanked it off in hopes he wouldn't hurt me
"Tommy! Whats happened to you!" I bawled as he just blankly stared at me, his skin an odd grey colour with flies circling his head. he then reached over to his axe and lifted it up in the air but it was then whacked out of his hands by Cindy with a shovel .
She then hit his head with it making him pass out right next to me "Tommys not feeling like himself today." Cindy said before dropping the shovel next to me "you might need it!" I walked back into the mess hall with the shovel in hand for protection instantly regretting running out as Nick, Ziggy and Alice stared at me.
"you were supposed to help him" the voice in my head said "how!" I shouted getting weird looks from everyone in the room "how do I help him." I whispered before passing out everyone then knelt beside me . Before completely passing out I heard Ziggy say "she passed out earlier too . What's wrong with her?" Everything then went black
