Manik's pov

" How can she be this careless? " I thought

Already I was stressed about this album and now her.

Leaving her there itself, I came back to Jam room and started playing guitar like a mad man to calm myself down.

Anger would be an understatement right now!

I was so harsh that the guitar strings broke, but I could care less

I was still playing with the broken guitar when Cabir and Dhruv came, followed by Alya and Mukti.

" Buddy What was that? " Dhruv asked which I ignored

" Oh God, Manik you've hurt yourself. There is blood " Alya said looking at my finger

Thats when I looked down and realised that there is a cut on my finger, blood was oozing out but I ignored it.

" Come on, you got to clean the wound" Alya said

" I don't know about you people but we have to complete this album today itself, so if all of yours glares are over, we can continue " I said

" Manik, have you gone mad? " Cabir asked a little loudly

" Cabir Please, I'm not in mood " I said

" Fuck Manik, she's your wif- " Cabir said but I cut him off

" I know her relation with me, you don't need to tell " I said looking at him

" And I'm going to rehearse my part, so if you guys are interested Please join " I said changing my guitar and cleaning the wound

" Manik, you were so impulsive over there" Mukti said and went back to her place

" Whatever " I rolled my eyes

No one spoke after that, it was a strange silence in the room which rarely happens when we all are at a same place.

Ignoring the silence, I started playing, followed by everyone with their parts

I don't know for how long we practiced, no one said a word.

Although everyone wanted to take a break at some point but because of me no one spoke.

I tried to give my best but everytime there was something which wasn't right.

The cause may be some technical issues, but I knew better

It was my mind, who's just not ready to focus on anything other than one person.

The whole time while jamming, only one face was coming infront of me 'Nandini'

" Everyone is tired and the song is almost finished, so lets just practice one more time and call it a day" Cabir suggested to which everyone agreed.

Finally, we are done with this album!

After jamming, Dhruv and Alya left together for their date night, not before giving me a disappointed look.

Mukti also took leave after few minutes saying something about her plans. She ignored me totally

I sighed and looked at Cabir who was already looking at me

" What? You can also ignore me and go" I raised my eyebrows

" Yes, I can but then I know you don't want that " Cabir said

" Oh you know me very well, tell me what I want? " I asked sarcastically
