3rd POV
It's been a week since the sorrowful announcement. The Haruno household was gloomy, the home didn't have the happy and warm ambiance it had before.
A certain pinkette girl opened her dull emerald eyes and slowly sat up. She rose up still wrapped in her blanket and sluggishly rubbed her eyes. Her face was a little red and sticky from too much crying. The girl was still in the stage of denial and her condition has gotten worst as time passes.
She slowly turned towards her bedroom door with a hopeful look, expecting a certain someone to open the door and greet her with a loving grin and hug.
