Another day another time to annoy everyone.I look around and I was in my room. Seriously how do I not remember how I get here. I try to get up from my bed this time and yet again a weight was on me. I look over and low and behold Lucia is there. This time hugging me not letting go. "Lucia I gotta get up" I said
She slowly opened one eye. "No mine" she said
"I know babe and I love you but I gotta prank my siblings so let me just get up" I said
I tried but she held me even tighter. "No mine" she said yet again
I tried this multiple times but each time failing. "*sigh* fine I'll get you a whiskey coffee if you let me up" I said
It took a few seconds but she loosened her arms enough for me to get up. "Thanks babe" I said
"Now go make that coffee like you promised" Lucia said
I gave her a lazy thumbs up and went over to each of my siblings room and planted a trap. After I finished setting up amity's trap I went down to the kitchen to see Jenkins trying to make a omelette like I did. He was surprisingly doing everything right like I did. "I thought you only saw me do that once Jenkins" I ask
He turns to me and smiles. "We'll master blight when you cook for a family as prestigious as yours you have to learn new recipes quick" Jenkins said
I go to the coffee maker and make some coffee. "Also Jenkins if your gonna use a last name use Noceda. It suits me better" I said pouring the whiskey
Jenkins nods and I walk to the door. "Also my girlfriend is here, do you mind if you could make another plate for her" I ask
Jenkins smiles. "Anything for you master noceda" Jenkins said
I smile and walk back to my room. "Lu, I got your coffee like you asked" I said
She slowly got up. Her hair was all over the place and her eyes looked sleepy still. When she got out of the covers she had one of my shirts on. "Did you have to steal one of my shirts" I ask placing the cups down
She picked one up and placed her head on my shoulder. "Yes it was very necessary." Lucia said
I shrug as I sipped my coffee and watched the sun rise. "Breakfasts ready" Jenkins said from downstairs
Lucia lifts her head up. "Wait aren't your parents here" Lucia asked
"Yes they are and I gave them a little surprise while going down" I smirked
Lucia only smiled. "You made a prank trap for the didn't you" Lucia asked
I put Lucia on my back. "Pfft of corse not" I said
Then screaming was heard from down stairs. "WHO PUT SLITHER BEAST POOP OUTSIDE MY DOOR" my mother screamed
"See just a little surprise" I said
Lucia only laughed at this. "You sure that was the only thing you did" Lucia asked
"I kinda forgot what else I did" I shrugged as I carried Lucia down the stairs
We got to the table and the plates were out already. I put Lucia down and walk to my chair. I sit down and I look to her. "What is it" I ask
"Is that seat taken" she asked pointing to my lap
"That's my lap" I said
"I didn't stutter" Lucia said
She sat down and I just froze. My face heating up again. God damn it I thought I was over that. Then more footsteps approached. "Looks like the party has arrived" Lucia said
Then everyone came in. Edric hair was all messed up and some of his pjs had feathers on it. Emira had a little cream on her face. Then amity's crutch was bent a little. "Oh good morning my dearest siblings" I said
The three just give me the middle finger as they sit down. "Why" the three asked
Me and Lucia laughed. "Because it was easy" we said
Me and Lucia looked at each other. "Wait you did a prank" I ask
"Yeah how do you think amity's crutch is a little bent" Lucia asked
"Did my trap not trigger for amity or something. It was going to stick her crutch to the ground" I said
Amity held the bent one up. "Yeah it did since it tore off a little bit of it now it just stabs into the floor" amity said
Oh man that's good. Then two more sets of footsteps come in. It was my 'parents'. Alador looked fine if anything looked less tired than usual. But Olidia she looked angered. She only had one slipper on and her hair is out of a bun with it being brown now. "Like the new hair color mother" I said leaning back
"Oh you disgrace of a child I swear" she said sitting down.
I just smirk as I am proud of my work. "Nice to see you again miss blight" Lucia said waving
Then Olidia glared at her and was drawing a spell. I quickly make one that creates a abomination hand to stop it and when she completed it it was a ice spear that was a inch from her face. "Can we not do this now Lucia you know your gonna get yourself killed like this" I sigh
She just leaned to my cheek and kissed it. "I knew you had it" Lucia said
The ice spear cracked and evaporated as I put my blue flame to it. "Can we for once have a stable family breakfast like a somewhat normal family. I swear every morning we're either arguing or.... Killing others so can we all just talk." I ask
"I agree it's just out of hand when we argue like this. It's been years since we've all been....somewhat happy so let's just all eat and have a nice breakfast" Alador said
I was a little surprised by my dad. He never speaks out in arguments or go against anything but here he is, going against oldalia. Jenkins came in with plates. I use a Oracle spell to get the spirits to grab it out of his arms and set them on the table. "Thanks Jenkins as always" I said
"Anytime master noceda" Jenkins said
I saw mother get up from her seat. "What did you just call him Jenkins" oldalia said
"He called me by my true name mother. I'm a noceda now that I'm with Lucia so sit down and eat" I said
"Oden b-" "sit down...and eat" I said more forceful this time
Both my eyes worked again and glowed with power. Oldalia flinched a little as she thought for a second then sit down. "Good now let's eat. Jenkins figured out how to cook like me" I said
Once I said that I saw amity grab the plate and start shoveling it down into her mouth. "Amity slow down your gonna choke" Lucia said
She looked at Lucia for a second before scarfing the rest down and her having a empty plate. "I was done anyway" amity said wiping her mouth.
"You know what she eats like" Lucia said
I nod. "Goku" we both said
"This is just like your cooking it's great" Emira said
Edric was putting fire bees honey on his. The honey catching on fire as it left the bottle. Edric put it in his mouth and looked at his plate again. "That's actually pretty good. Little more crispy but good" Edric said as he ate more
"So dad what is going on today for the business" I ask
"We'll today I show the new workers how to make this new abomination recipe too make the abominations more durable. We got some complaints on the last model for it was falling apart on a few weak blast of magic. Then after that I'm officially out of the company since you gave the deed to the gantalits" he explains said
"You got the recipe on you by chance"I ask
He nods and made a tiny abomination to run it across the table. I look down at it and skim through the recipe. "Couldn't you add more griffin extract then some lightning dust to make it faster." I ask
I give it back to the little abomination but before it went I made a tiny lightning bolt and poke it in his belly. His eyes turned from green to yellow as it turned and ran back at a faster speed than before. "Huh never thought of that. But then the star dust would then be canceled out giving it a shorter life span" he said
"But you could balance the amount you put in based on the size and also give it a little bit of plant magic so it can use resources from the ground to either give it extra life span or replenish strength" I said
We looked at each other and smiled. "Why haven't we gotten together like this" he ask
"Oh I don't know really" I said as I lazily made a illusion spell that made a sign that pointed to mother saying 'the reason why everyone thinks were snobs'. Everyone at the table laughed exept for mother. Then Lucia threw a glyph adding to the sign. 'Also because she's stuck up and has never smiled in her life'. Lucia smiled at the work she did and we all laughed more. "What are y'all laughing at" mother asked
She looked back but saw nothing as the illusion disappeared. I look to Ed and em and there spell circles just went away as Edric gave me a secret thumbs up. I give one back and finish eating. I look to lucias plate and it was almost done. "Lucia you still have food on the plate" I said
"But I'm to lazy to get it" she said
I sigh. "You want me to feed it to you don't you" I ask
She shakes her head. "Oh whatever to you mean I would never" she said sarcastically
I chuckle a little and picked up her fork and got the last of her food. "Open up lu" I said
She opened her mouth and ate it. I put the fork down and sigh. "You happy now" I ask
"Yes very" Lucia said
I look at the clock and it was time for my siblings to get to school. "Alright you two munchkins time for school" I said
I use a spell circle and there clothes were turned into there uniforms and there hairs were all clean. "And good bye" I said as I teleport them to the school.
Then amity got up and started for the stairs. "We'll I am going to go study" amity said
"Alright and make sure to give yourself a break every so often alright" I ask
She nods and goes up the stairs disappearing into the darkness of the halls. I look back to my parents. "You know dad you weren't the bad one of the two of y'all it's just you listened to the wrong person" I said
I use a Oracle spell to make a spirit lift Lucia up and place her on the armrest of my chair. Lucia pouted a little and leaned on my head. "I do admit when we made that deal your eyes looked different than what you were truly saying." Lucia said
"So I want to give you a second chance. You could go back to everything just not own the business. Work under me and the gantalits. You still being chief of design for abominations. Just the twist is to leave oldalia. And if you see her don't give in to what she says." I said
Alador thought about it. "Alador if you-" "no no it's his choice witch. Not yours" Lucia interrupts
"I always hated what oldalia made me do. If anything I wanted to say something but I kept quiet. Maybe too long for it result in what she made me do to you. I wanted to be a good father to you and your siblings. I could care less about status and such in all honesty I just want to be a loving father you would look up too" he explained
Lucia got up and walked off to somewhere. "So what would be your answer. Stay or go" I ask
"Alador I swear" "I want to be a good father so I stay" "ALADOR" "and leave oldalia for good" "good answer I'll start packing moms things" I said getting up
"Nah already done and gone. Threw it out the window" Lucia said
"Great now for one last thing" I said
I look to oldalia. "Now oldalia, you are officially kicked out of the noceda manor" I said
"No you can't do this. I made this family one of the highest and richest on the isles" oldalia said
I go behind her and kick her chair away making her fall on the ground. I grab her by the shirt making her blue eyes meet my crimson eyes. "No, you just made a terrible family for your own benefit. Now you will never and I mean never come into contact or get near this family ever again or you will feel mine and lucias wrath" I said
Lucia opened the door. "The exit is this way" Lucia said
I drop oldalia on the ground and make a abomination hand. "Good bye forever you disgusting excuse of a mother" I said
I flicked my wrist and the hand grabbed her and threw her out the door with her stuff. The abomination hand dissolved into the ground. "Whew good grief that was a exciting morning wouldn't you two say" I ask
They both nod. "Well I'm off to work" dad said going out the door
"Alright so what do you say to skipping school for the day i feel great after that. Besides I wanted to be sure green bean gets some sleep." I said
"Sounds good to me." Lucia agreed
We walk up and go to my room but before I go in I go to check on amity. I peek in and she is pouting a little. Her eyes were looking at a poster on the wall of Lilith. "Screw you" amity said
Geez she's pissed. I walk back to my room and see Lucia in my bed under a blanket facing a sphere as it showed something on it. "What's on right now" I ask
"Oh nothing much honestly. Still talks about your mom every so often but nothing too important." She said
Then my scroll buzzed. "Hold on Lucia I'll be back in a sec I gotta take this" I said
She gave me a thumbs up as she slurped on her drink. I press answer on the scroll. "Talk to me" I said
"Oden you there I am in desperate need of assistance right now. The emperor took eda and has some big help. It's this demon with six eyes and has a sword" oh no. "Luz start going me and Lucia are heading there now" I said
I hang up and rush to the room. "Lucia we gotta help luz like now. Get your bat and as many glyphs as possible" I said
Lucia sprung up. "What happened" she asked getting some clothes on.
"Eda got taken by the emperor and luz is going there. But we got bigger problems" I said
"What do you mean bigger problems my sister is fighting the most powerful witch in the isles and that's not big" Lucia said
"Not when destruction is helping" I said
She started to draw more glyphs. "Yeah that's definitely a problem" Lucia said
I grab my bat and slap a few blood glyphs on there. "Alright ready" I ask
"Yeah let's go" she said making the final glyph.
I shadow teleport to where luz was and when I got there I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Emperor himself having trouble with a mere human. "We'll you don't see that everyday" I said
"No you wouldn't." Destruction said
I look up and see him on a perch over the throne. "I've been waiting Oden blight, and Lucia noceda" he said making his sword
"We'll here we are ready to kick you out of existence" Lucia said hitting her bat on the ground.
I make a spell circle and a little black notebook shows up with a pen. I open it and it has many crossed out names. "So I know destruction isn't your true name so what is it so I know what to actually write" I ask
"We'll if you must know your killers name it is barmethius of destruction" he said
I start to write his name down. "Alright so barmethius of destruction. Cause of death: death by lightning and fire" I repeat from what I'm writing
Lucia just looks at me. "What in the hell are you doing we're facing a literal demon that could wipe us out now and your writing in a damn notebook" Lucia said
I only laugh. "Oh sweet sweet Lucia, you haven't to know how special this notebook is" I said
I close the notebook to reveal silver writing on the front reading. 'Death Note', "well barmethius of destruction it has been set in stone for your death is certain now for it is in the book that many ages has come to fear. The death note" I said
I grab my bat with my left hand and make a bow staff in the other hand. "For the cause of death is lightning and fire" I said
I make a spell circle at the top of the staff making a spear head of pink lightning. I throw the staff at rapid pace as it pierced destruction in the chest. "Now let's have a dance I will remember" I said smirking
Destruction smiled at me. "Legendary it shall be Oden Noceda" destruction said taking the spear out of his chest with a hole gaping there
Lucia just looks at us weird and scoffs. "I can make anime references too if it wasn't a death match like geez" Lucia said
