After a long and hard two weeks in the hospital due to complications and me getting pneumonia, I was finally getting released from the hospital today. I had it set in my mind that I would just go home and start working on my sobriety again, but everyone around me was not onboard with that at all. I really didn't want to go into rehab again, but after a long talk with my parents and even Jesse, I decided that rehab would be the best thing for me right now. I know I was in a dark place before I even relapsed so I definitely need to work on all of it.
My mom was packing up all my stuff now so we could leave where I would get straight on a plane to a facility in Utah. I wasn't really all that happy to be going, but who is ever happy to go to rehab.
"So, Jordan already packed you a bag for your stay in rehab." My mom says after I showered and got changed.
"Okay." I reply as I sit down on the bed. "I think I need to write a message to post. Just so all my fans know I'm okay. Can I?" I then ask since I've been on strict rules to stay off the internet. My mom just doesn't want me to have to see everything, but my fans deserve to hear from me.
"That's fine honey. That's a good idea." She says and I nod as I grab my phone. I start writing in my notes app and once I was satisfied enough, I took a screenshot and then posted it on Instagram and Twitter.

Just when I hit post and lock my phone, the door opens and I look up to see my sisters, dad, and Jesse walking in. I haven't seen him in a few days since he had his kids, so I was surprised he was here.
"Don't you still have your kids?" I ask him and he nods as he leans against the wall across the room.
"My mom has them right now. I wanted to be here." He replies and I nod. When the nurse walks in with my discharge papers, I sign them and then we all leave. Max has the car ready at the back of the hospital so no one will see me since paps have been outside the hospital since I first got here. I got in the car with my family and I was even more surprised when Jesse slid in the car as well.
"You're coming?" I ask and he nods.
"Yes. I'm going to Utah with you and then I'll take a flight back to LA." He answers and I let a small smile out. I really didn't expect this from him at all. The ride to the airport was pretty quiet and when we finally arrived, I went through the private security before going back to my private plane. We all got on the plane, and as soon as we could take our seatbelts off, I got up and went to the bed in the back so I could go to sleep.
"Hey, can I come in?" I hear Jesse ask quietly followed by a knock after I laid down.
"Yeah." I answer as I look out the window. I then hear the door open and then I felt him sit down on the bed.
