felix's cookie recipe
as seen in the sunshine vlog <3
bowl one:
- 1 cup bread flour
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
Bowl two:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk (separate the yolk from the white and just add the yolk)
Instructions~
- preheat oven (180c/350f)
- mix ingredients in bowl 2 then slowly add ingredients from bowl 1, bit by bit
- add as many chocolate chips as u want♡
- bake for around 10 minutes
