Felix's brownies
As seen in the sunshine vlog✨
Bowl 1:
- 115g melted unsalted butter
-30g coco powder
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp espresso
- 2 eggs
Bowl 2:
-100g all purpose flour
-20g bread flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
-pinch of salt
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 180°c
-mix everything in bowl 1 together
- gently fold together everything in bowl 2 and add to bowl 1
- add the chocolate and fold in. (Around 150g, can be chips, junks, whatever u wish)
- put in pan and bake for about 20-25 mins
