When I was Little, this was the rule I lived by.
"Smile at people, and they will smile back" I kept saying to myself.
But as time went on, I was the only one smiling.
You put so much effort into people liking you, but honestly at this point no one will try, the way you do.
So why try? Because at the end of the day, the people you smiled at, probably forgot about you.
So why try? When your gonna end up being the only one trying.
So, I stopped smiling.
