Before I, the author and the lovely students of Psychology actually get down to the subject, I would like to introduce them to the basic idea of the human mind.

The human mind has three dimensions:

1. Cognitive Dimension
This dimension includes the intellect of a human, the thoughts that come across their brain and the mental capacity of the human brain.
For example: Venkat trying to recall what he brought for lunch in the middle of a lesson.

2. Conative Dimension
The said dimension comprises of the doing aspect of the behaviour, i.e., the actions made by an individual.
For example: Venkat, now taking out his lunch box to confirm his intuition.

3. Affective Dimension
This particular dimension talks about the temperament, the feelings and the emotions of a person.
For example: Venkat feeling disappointed at the appearance of the cliche fried ladyfingers in his lunch box.
