9. Take a hair tie and snap it against your wrist (add food dye if you want)
10. Put tape/glue on where you want to sh and peel it off
11. Draw/paint on  where you want to sh
12. Read a book
13.clean your room
14. Play a game
15. Take a bath
16. Put food dye in a plastic bag on somewhere you can make a mess (cardboard outside concrete etc)
Hit it or stab it (whichever you prefer) and watch the food dye burst out
17. Start a project and come back to it when you have urges
18. Write a song/ poem
19. Start a new tv show
20. Watch a movie
21. Wash the car
22.have a pillow fight with the wall
23.scream in a pillow
24.squeeze ice
25. Put ice on where you want to SH
